Oceanfront Luxury at the Southern Tip of LBI in Holgate

Wake up to breathtaking Atlantic views in this custom-built, reverse-living beachfront home in peaceful South LBI. Just steps from the ocean and a short bike or shuttle ride to Beach Haven’s top dining, shopping, and attractions, this spacious retreat is perfect for families and friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

Start your day with coffee and sunrise views on the oceanfront deck, enjoy sunset grilling on the west-facing terrace, and stargaze from the rooftop lounge with built-in lighting and 360° panoramic views—ideal for sunbathing or evening cocktails.

The reverse living layout maximizes ocean views, placing the main living areas on the top floor. The open-concept design features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sweeping ocean vistas, and a spacious living room equipped with a 60" Samsung HD TV and Sonos sound system. Step onto the oceanfront dining deck, which seats up to 10 guests—perfect for al fresco meals and unforgettable sunrises.

Located on the lower level, all four bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed to provide a quiet retreat, with ceiling fans, premium mattresses, and deck access. This level also contains two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub), and a full laundry room.

We have weeks and weekends available from May through October. July and August we require a Saturday to Saturday seven night stay. Please email us for current availability as we advertise on multiple sites so the calendar may not be up to date.

This is strictly a "Smoke Free and Pet Free" home; no exceptions. We do NOT rent to high school students or college students. You are required to bring your own towels and sheets (we can send you information on a linen rentals).

The beach house was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located with stunning oceanfront views. Wonderful trip

We had the best time at this house! The views are spectacular, it was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and how many beach items were included. It made it just so easy and comfortable to be there and we could truly relax. The fireworks on July 4th from the top deck were incredible. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home

This beautiful home on the quiet end of the island is the perfect gathering place for families with kids and grandkids. The spacious living area is ideal for games, puzzles, and lots of quality time together. Being right on the beach makes everything so easy — no need to pack up the car! Mark is a great host and responded quickly to all my questions before our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Relaxing Getaway with Stunning Ocean Views

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! Even though the weather wasn't ideal during our trip, the stunning ocean views more than made up for it. The house itself was very well kept—clean, comfortable and clearly well-maintained. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves, rain or shine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway!

Beautiful family vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 8. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The host was fantastic—very friendly, responsive, and provided all the information we needed well in advance, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach and stunning views of the ocean and bay- sunsets from every angle in the house. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!

Great House for the Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of space for us and the views were beautiful. The only downside is that when it’s high tide, the water goes up to the sand dunes and you can’t go out to the beach unless you go several blocks down. The house has everything we needed, such as kitchen supplies and plenty of seating. Overall, I would highly recommend this house!

Great Vacation Spot

The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Comfortable king size bed with ocean view. Many kitchen amenities, just like home. Furniture like new and very cozy, especially the sofa nook with ocean views from all 6 windows for dolphin and bird watching. Oceanside Decks for outside seating were lovely. Will definitely return next year.

A beautiful vacation home

Even though the weather did not cooperate, we had a relaxing stay at this beautiful, very clean home. We could enjoy the view of the ocean from the deck as well as from many rooms in the house. The rooftop deck was great as well. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items as well as with things to enjoy the beach. We'd love to come back again!

Fantastic LBI Oceanfront Home

I was thrilled to find an open week at this wonderful oceanfront home in Long Beach Island. It's situated in a lovely, quiet part of the Island (Holgate) but within a quick, easy drive to all of the restaurants and shops in Beach Haven. Beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. Amazing views of the ocean and bay from multiple decks, easy access to the beach and plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use. I couldn't have been happier with the property and would make this my #1 choice for our next LBI vacation.

Absolutely perfect!!!

Beautiful, clean and well-appointed home just steps from the beach. The view from the decks was gorgeous. This is one of the most well-stocked homes we have ever stayed it. The owners have thought of everything. I highly recommend staying here. Hope we can return soon!!!

Gorgeous oceanfront in peaceful Holgate

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful oceanfront home. Clean and cozy with amazing ocean views. Very quiet and peaceful part of the island. Bowker's market is a few blocks away for a bite to eat and Beach Haven is only a 5 minute drive away. Mark was a great host, communication was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home steps from the beach

Mark was an excellent host. The house was just as described and shown in the pictures. Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was fantastic. It was a lovely family break, definitely plan to stay in Marks home again in the near future.
