Open Kitchen, living and dining room on upper level with fabulus ocean views. Watch the dolphins, whales, wild life and the stars and moon from the living room or step outside onto the decks. Seven cozy and comfortable bedrooms; The large master suite has a balcony with ocean views and the in suite bath has large multi jet shower and two person whirlpool tub, mini master has ocean view balcony, in suite bathroom. There two additional couples bedrooms with ocean view balconies. The three additional bedrooms are cozy bunk style rooms accomimdatiing 5 twin beds in each room.

The house was spotless and very comfortable. The view was incredible. As we entered the third floor, we instantly realized that we had arrived at some place very special. The owners are to be commended for maintaining the property to the highest standard. We enjoyed our stay immensely and can't wait to go back.

Very accommodating hosts who were very responsive! A beautiful home that was fully stocked. There was plenty of space for our family of 10 as well as daytime visitors who all got to take in the beauty of the beach and the house. So nice to be able to go to and from the beach without having to pack for the whole day. The elevator was very helpful for one of our family members who has a tough time with stairs. Would definitely recommend this and hope to come stay again one day!

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The building exceeded our needs with a shout out from me for the elevator. We all thought the house was beautifully decorated with a great arrangement of the bedrooms and baths. It was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Access to the ocean was excellent with the path ending at a lifeguard station. The owners were extremely responsive to requests for information or help.

Beach Heaven & Family Friendly Stay

My family and I (10+ ppl) had our first visit to LBI a few weeks ago and it was the perfect stay! John and Dianne were communicative early and throughout the process and made sure they were available for any questions I had. The home is incredible and has the BEST view right on the beach. I honestly miss waking up and seeing the water and sitting and having coffee on the patio. I strongly recommend John and Dianne’s home and I know I will be back!

Stunning ocean views from a gorgeous home

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious home with its panoramic views to the sea! The open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area was perfect for our family of 16 to spend time together cooking meals, playing board games, doing a big jigsaw puzzle together or sitting on the deck watching the dolphins. The kitchen was well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and private path from the house right down to the sea! Hosts John and Dianne were very warm and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Fabulous Home / Spectacular Views / Great Time

6 couples thoroughly enjoyed our long autumn weekend in this beautiful, comfortable beach house. The large living space on the main floor was the perfect size for all of us to mingle together or in smaller groups. Sunrise from the beach facing decks and sunsets from the rooftop deck were spectacular! A fabulous time was had by all. Our hosts were congenial, responsive and, very accommodating. We hope to be back again.

What an amazing trip we had staying at your beachfront oasis. Very spacious, all the comforts of home in the kitchen. The location is amazing. Located right on the beach. Enjoy the sunrises or sunsets. Tenant was very accommodating when we had any questions. Check-in was made very easy. Celebrated a family members birthday. The trip could not have been any more perfect. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic house but the description of the property could use more accurancy

This house is THE DREAM HOUSE! We really loved the house, the location, I mean right in front of the sea. So much space to go there with a big group of friends. The kitchen area was very furnished and the garage really had so much space for us to park all different cars. However there is a big but, in the description of the property is written nowhere that they don’t provide towels and bed sheets, I reach out the property manager with this question before and during our stay and I never received an answer on this matter which was very annoying because we could have easily get organized with the needed items. Another but is that the water dispenser on the fridge wasn’t working and we didn’t know either. Once again with a little heads up we could have get organized. All of this was surprising because the property manager has been very responsive on other questions and mindful on letting me know all the needed informations oh l how to enter the house and about the issues with the kitchen stove. Lastly the listing says sleep 16 people, actually it can sleep 20 people.
