Le meilleur des deux mondes - océan et baie sur LBI!

Parfaitement situé à seulement six maisons de la baie et huit maisons de l'océan! Vues sur l'eau dans les deux sens et accès facile aux deux. Faites votre choix, de nombreuses activités différentes à choisir.

C'est le deuxième étage entier d'une maison en duplex avec une belle terrasse sur le toit et deuxième pont arrière de la cuisine. Les deux ponts sont privés à cette unité. La maison est située sur une grande rue résidentielle, très peu de circulation automobile, et au bout de la rue se trouve un petit parc public avec une longueur de 700 'de sable le long de la baie, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un court de tennis et un terrain de basket. À l'autre extrémité est la belle plage de l'océan qui est connue pour LBI. Promenez-vous avec les enfants dans la baie ou l'océan, faites du vélo dans le quartier, jouez au Bayfront Park ou aventurez-vous dans le centre-ville voisin de Beach Haven.

Il s’agit d’une unité mise à jour avec la nouvelle climatisation centrale, de nouveaux meubles, la télévision par câble avec Netflix et Pandora et un accès Internet haut débit sans fil. Le pont arrière de la cuisine dispose d'une table et d'un barbecue à gaz, idéal pour le café et les repas en plein air, et vous aurez de l'ombre pendant la journée pour faire une pause au soleil.

Puis dans la soirée, dirigez-vous vers la grande terrasse sur le toit pour profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l'eau sur la baie! La terrasse sur le toit est entièrement meublée avec une grande table à manger et des meubles de conversation séparés pour le dîner et la détente après une longue journée à la plage.

Il y a deux vélos cruiser de plage disponibles pour votre usage pendant votre séjour. Beaucoup de gens commencent la journée sur LBI avec une promenade à vélo, courir ou marcher le long du boulevard principal. Et comme il s’agit de la partie la plus méridionale de l’île (moins de 800 mètres jusqu’à la réserve naturelle), la circulation automobile le matin est légère et le nombre de piétons et de motards est plus important.

Cette unité a une douche extérieure privée au rez-de-chaussée et quatre places de stationnement hors rue.

Les badges de plage sont fournis.

La maison est située à seulement 3 km du centre-ville de Beach Haven, y compris Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Thundering Surf, plusieurs parcours de mini-golf, de la crème glacée et de nombreux meilleurs restaurants et bars de l'île.

Friends Weekend get-a-way

Stayed Thursday thru Sunday, off season. Apartment was very nice. Our weather wasn't the best so we couldn't use the upper deck that came with it, which was an great spot! Had a great time with friends.

Great time and location

The place was clean and neat, had great amenities, plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon, bikes etc. nice out side siting area and also a great roof deck. Middle of the block a few houses from the bay which had a small playground for our granddaughter. The beach was a block away. Deli down the street snd 7-10 minute drive to shops and restaurants!

We ended up being a party of 5 adults plus a toddler. The 5th adult (also taking up the 3rd BR instead of the baby having her own room) and the so so weather made the house a little tight/close. However, the home was clean, the supplies & cookware, the bikes & beach chairs, towels and sheets being provided were all very much appreciated and extensive. Mike and Molly truly thought of everything to make you feel at home.

Incredible location with abundant private outdoor space!

The location of this home is incredible! Located on the quiet south end of Long Beach Island, we were a block from the ocean, a block from the bay, and a short bike ride or drive to the amusement parks, restaurants, and stores of central Beach Haven. Our beach was lifeguarded but uncrowded, and the teens had their beach right there to walk out to where they could drop their surfboards in the water and catch a wave. Sunsets were glorious on the bay just up the block. The house is as advertised, with even better outdoor spaces than can be appreciated from the photos. A lovely balcony was our setting for breakfasts, grilling, and just sitting in the shade. The large rooftop deck with a dining and sitting area was the center of family and friend time from dinnertime on. Outdoor shower was perfect. The house is very comfortable - the beds are great and we all slept like bears. Couches are great. Everything was fresh and clean. The kitchen has all the basics we needed to cook our meals at home. It's a homey, cozy and wonderful base for a seaside trip. Keep in mind the unit is on the second story of a two-family home. The owner of the downstairs unit is delightful and was patient with our teens who clearly made too much noise walking above her bedroom late the first night. Once we realized the sound carried through the floor, the teens were quiet and thoughtful. If you have a gaggle of kids you'll need to settle them down in the evenings. No biggie for most of us.

We had a great holiday in LBI. This place is close to all amenities. Restaurants, beach, tennis and basketball courts, bike paths to name a few of our favorites things to do during our stay. This place is awesome!

Wonderful!

We had a great time in LBI. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything you could need including kitchen items, paper products & laundry detergent. The couches were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. There were also beach chairs, bicycles that were ready to ride and kites to fly on the beach. Beautiful sunsets on the bay at the end of the street and a short walk to the beach. Mike was very responsive to all inquiries. Would definitely return.

Everything You Need

This rental is in a great location near the southern end of the island. It's just a short drive to a local market and restaurants. We like to cook and the kitchen was equipped with just about everything you could need, including lots of staples. Loved the Myers cleaning products. The beds were very comfortable! And it was wonderful having a TV in the Master as well as the larger TV in the living room. There were a lot of viewing options including access to local channels to check the weather. The upper deck area is awesome, but could be an issue getting up there for people with mobility issues or small children. The shed out back had all we needed for the beach-lots of chairs and an interesting "umbrella" that we used every day.

Summer send off in Holgate

We really enjoyed our stay in Holgate - just a bit out of the hustle and bustle of Beach Haven but close enough to bike or take a quick drive to get to shops, restaurants, and Fantasy Island. Our two small children (almost 2 and 4 1/2) loved the beach, which was a short wagon ride away. It was a huge relief not to have to haul our own beach equipment with us on this trip! The owners provide everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beach, including a big selection of beach toys and games. Thank you Mike and Molly for a great place!

Great Spot!

The house was great and well located only a short block or two from the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and the house itself was stocked with kitchen/washer dryer related needs. Our group really loved the top deck to be able to see the sunset and the moon at night. There was a good collection of beach needs (chairs, boogie boards, games etc) in the shed along with spray for the greenheads (bugs). Would highly recommend!

LBI Family Vacation

Mike's rental property is even better than advertised. Amazing location to beach/bay with park. Quite neighborhood with great neighbors. Rooftop deck offers outstanding sunset views and you can see both the ocean and bay. The home is extremely clean and everything is well thought of. Everything you can think of is offered with the property. Leave the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and wagon at home as these are all provided and of good quality. My family of four had an easy time lugging all of our beach accessories the short distance and had an amazing week at Mike's property.

Nice week at the beach

Everything was great and easy upon checking in. Communication with owner was superb. Apartment was well stocked for all needs. An added bonus was the shed was fully stocked with bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. The sunset over the bay was outstanding. And the kids loved the beach and the playground. Fantasy island is not walkable for littles, but-you can take the shuttle or it’s just a short short car ride away. We enjoyed evenings on the roof deck—Friendly neighbors,quiet area.

Family vacation, Summer kick off

The apartment is located between beach and bay, very close to the bay (with a small sandy playground) and just over the Blvd from the ocean beach. Just a short walk down Bay Blvd was Bawkey’s small shop, which had fresh baked morning goodies, drinks, ice cream, etc. The “green-head flies” we’re not a fun experience and we soon started using the homemade keep away spray the locals use (thanks to Mike for providing that!). The rooftop deck, with its amazing views, was the highlight of the apartment. There was also, thankfully, an outdoor shower, as one might hope for a home sandwiched between two beaches. The 3 bedrooms and single bath are as pictured. The couches were adequate while the beds were really comfortable and nicely outfitted with pillows and quilts (BYO linens/sheets/towels). The shower/tub had no bathtub stopper, so we bought and left one. Enjoy the soak! It’s a nice, deep tub. We loved having that beach stuff shed with toys, a beach wagon (used it once then went more low-key), and racks of beach chairs. It was so easy to grab and go, getting outside to enjoy the sand and waves, which was the main purpose of our trip! Definitely we’ll set up for a family vacay.

Great stay and amazing rooftop deck. Close to both the bay and the beach and Michael was very accommodating. Fully stocked kitchen with nespresso pods which was a nice touch. Apartment was extremely clean and also had a great selection of games. 👍👍👍

We purchased this property in late 2017 and are thrilled to be able to share it with other families going forward. The home was already in amazing condition from the prior owners (including new central A/C and heat, new deck, roof, etc), and we are continuing to make additional improvements both inside and out, and add amenities to make it the best possible stay for our guests.

We are not new to managing, we own other rental units outside of LBI, and are really excited about this location. We use this home as well so have extra incentive to make it the best possible place to stay.

Long Beach Island is an incredible family destination! We've been coming to it all our lives, and it remains the same family-friendly beach escape that I remember as a kid. Even if you don't rent here, give LBI a try, you will not regret it!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The property is so uniquely situated close to beach and bay, with an extensive but little-known public park on the bay at the end of the street. Our two young kids really enjoy the beach, but they "love" the bay. Very calm waters, a playground, and tennis and basketball court as well. Easy to launch your kayak or paddleboard. The street is quiet and easy to ride bikes on, or take a longer bike ride down the island. And it's very close to the heart of Beach Haven with lots of activities and restaurants.
