The house was clean and I was happy with the area it was in, it was tucked away back off the main road which was nice. The host was super friendly and helpful answering questions!
Super cute and cozy home outside of the city proper- but still close enough to everything. Quiet neighborhood.Very clean and comfortable. Did not know there was a tenant living the the tiny house behind but you never see or hear her. Easy check in and out. Nice layout
This place was definitely a splid place to stay while attending Knoxville for a short trip. The location of this place was great being that it was really close to just about anything in town. However, this place is not for light sleepers. The train and highway keep for a pretry loud surroundings whe sleeping at night. I also made nore that the house did have a sightly stale, smoke smell to it. However, the beds and rooms were very clean. There was only a small bit of dust on thw attic door on thw bathroom that was very unsightly. Otherwise, a great stay.
We booked this property for a stay in the city while Music Conference was held at UTK. It was a short drive from the campus, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mo, the owner, was always available, and if there was any issues, they would help us out immediately! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay near the city.
This was the perfect place for us to stay. Its close to UT and reasonably close to Pigeon Forge. There were so many extras like toiletries and coffee pods. We would stay again.
The house has an odor that smelled like an air freshener mixed with stale smoke. The owner said if I keep the air conditioner on auto it should take care of the smell. It wasn't convent when the evenings were already cool and didn't improve the smell. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The house is close to the highway and a train track. If you don't mind hearing the train horn blow in the wee hours of the morning and steady traffic this is the place for you. The kitchen doesn't have any baking ware so if you need to use the oven you can't. It was a good price to stay here and convenient to everything. I probably wouldn't stay here again I can't get by the odor and noise at night.
The home is as pictured. You have everything you need to be comfortable and plenty of towels are provided! The neighborhood is older but very quiet. Only a quick drive to Neyland! There is a heavy ashtray odor and if you are sensitive to smoke, this home may cause issues for you. This is the only reason for less than 5 stars. The host is quick to respond and very accommodating.
The house looks super nice in the pictures and the outside is fairly nice but several things were wonky on the inside. House smelled like stale smoke more importantly the mattress smelled horrible! The bathroom lights were missing and the faucet is super loose in the vanity. The lights in the hallway donât work. The kitchen isnât completely painted.. I think this was a rush rush to get it up and running on VRBO without seeing to the finishing touches⊠sad but true. Check out instructions were not clear or even provided..
