A lovely little property! The perfect size for the four of us, close to the event we were attending, and so clean. We'd definitely stay again!

Nice place

Me and some friends went for a short stay, place was perfect for what we needed super nice on the inside. Great communication the whole trip as well and the seeing the Neyland Stadium sign at night was really cool!

Beautiful place to stay

My family came to Knoxville to watch my daughter graduate from nursing school and stayed at this beautiful place. So close to everything in the heart of downtown. Would definitely recommend staying there again

Wonderful stay! We stayed here to attend my daughter's graduation. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed. The host was quick with response times when we had a question. The beds were comfortable. I wish there had been a little more seating. The house was close to everything. We loved Knoxville. What a nice, pretty city!

Cozy Home- great experience!

We had a really nice stay! The house was super clean and well taken care of. While the location was perfect for our weekend trip, there was quite a bit of construction in the area. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would happily stay again!

Perfect for our needs

We took our two grandsons to the UT baseball camp. This cottage was perfect. Clean, comfortable and convenient. We loved our stay.

Great place to stay!

Fantastic accommodations, clean, comfortable and well decorated. It would have been helpful to have had a mirror in the front bedroom due to having someone sleeping in the living room where the full mirror was located.

Sister’s Weekend

This is my second time staying in this home and loved it just as much as I did the first time! The owner is beyond amazing. The house is clean and super convenient to UT, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and look forward to my next stay!

Nice Stay and Close to the Activities

We enjoyed our stay and loved the ability to get to all the places we needed to for our daughter's commencement and social gatherings in a short time. Conveniently located and quietly comfortable. Would book again.

UTK Family Weekend

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The place is very well appointed, has a nice large living room for people to hang out in and the beds were very comfortable. Everything has been redone in the house so it feels brand new! Uber's were not very available all over town due to it being Family Weekend so we were glad we picked a place that is walkable to campus or downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, relaxing place to stay!

The house was well put together with character. The host was very responsive and helpful. Close to downtown but not in the middle of all the traffic. I would highly recommend staying here.

Bright, clean, well appointed!

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving- great location, close to downtown Knoxville and my daughter’s apartment. Host was very accommodating- she even got a roasting pan for the home when she found out we would be cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! :) Home was cozy and bright- had everything we needed for our family holiday!
