Détendez-vous sur le sable chaud de la plage d'Indian Rocks. Le Binnie's Beach Bungalow vous invite à vous échapper de l'agitation de la vie quotidienne. Le golfe du Mexique est à environ 50 pieds. Sortez sur la plage pour regarder le coucher du soleil, entendez les mouettes pleurer ou écoutez la brise se dissiper sous les palmiers et les papayers. Calme, confortable, convivial, rez de chaussée 1 chambre, 1 chalet de bain donnant directement sur la plage. Lit Queen dans la chambre, lit Queen dans le salon offre le couchage pour 4 personnes. Télévision par câble, air conditionné. Kitchenette. Cette unité accepte les animaux domestiques sans limite de poids et jusqu'à 2 animaux de compagnie autorisés. L'approbation préalable de la direction est requise pour amener votre animal de compagnie. Il y a un supplément de 15 $ ajouté aux frais de nettoyage pour les animaux domestiques. Parking pour un véhicule est inclus. Les mises à jour récentes incluent de nouveaux matelas, une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse et un nouveau système de climatisation central.

Fabulous beachfront location! Small shower, uncomfortable bed.

The beachfront location is wonderful. Would stay again if they get a new mattress and a hand sprayer for the tight shower.

Great location, not that clean

Literally beach front. Kitchen cleanliness was not up to standard. Had to spent time cleaning kitchen before use. Quality of mattress is poor. Blinds broken and don't work. Windows rotting out so they don't open or shut well. Window screens missing.

Cute Beach Cottage

The cottage is small but comfortable. It could use some fix-ups. The stove is older, the grill needs to be replaced, one of the lounge chairs is broken, and the pots and pans need to be replaced. Some of the dishes were dirty and the washer wasn't working when we arrived. But the management company was excellent!!! They were able to get us a new washer the second week of our stay. The place was up for sale so we had a relator and others go through while we were staying there. The management company treated us to a dinner cruise for the inconvenience. The location is wonderful. It was nice to have a place where we could also bring our dog. The neighbors were very friendly. The beach and sunsets are beautiful.

not impressed for the price.

Not clean, gross couch, bed needs replaced. Stove does not work properly. View is not what website showed. We live in FL, visit many beachfront places. We will not be back.

Are time at Binnies.

I was in awe walking in,it looked awesome. However after being there a short time it all showed.Putting thing away found top of fridge dirty with alot of stuff up on top.Went into beroom and fan was off,and had about half inch of dust on it.Was afraid to turn it on But to keep it cool in there we turned it on ,and hoped for the best.lol, itwas all good.I just think for the price they charge ,that the cleanliness should have been there.Its outdated a little.But all in all we enjoyed it.

The location of this cottage is great! However we booked the cottages for a 3 week stay, the bed was awful , it was like sleeping on cement and the couch was no better, this would be a wonderful cottage if the owner would just do some updating!

Great location; however, dirty inside, wornout mattress with outside furniture rusted through! This should be a 5 star rating due to location being able to walkout side to the ocean in less than 30 seconds. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the front door, painted blue with evidence of expoxy painted over, with the inside painted white and dirty and was all the baseboard. The mattress is a bit rough, lumpy and wornout. It was a rough week of rest. The sheets are of poor quality. We typically do a lot of eating in on vacation and with only one trash bag in trash can and no replacement it created a problem. According to property owner information, "This cottage is self-catering, however we do provide bed linens and bath towels, along with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish liquid and garbage bags. These items are NOT replenished." Only one roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of tolietpaper and as mentioned, 1 trashbag which was in can. The patio furniture was ok except for the frame of one chase lounger is rusted all the way through. On the plus side, great location with close proximity to beach and restaurants.

Cozy place on the Beach

Had a lovely stay with my two pups. Enjoyed the sunsets from the back patio. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Extremely disappointed in appearance of cottage overgrown with weeds!

Weeds were allowed to grow across the front of house making it difficult to get into house without chiggers jumping all over. Had to take out my scissors to trim a path right in front of house. Sofa & pillows dirty. Sheets on bed were old & pilled, but found some newer sheets& changed them. Bed had bad mattress. A roach ran across floor…bought roach mobiles & placed 6 around. Rusted refrigerator, but fine inside. This place has so much potential!!! It is a shame that the owner is letting it go so badly. It needs refreshing and painting in many places. A really cute place, cozy environment, great view and enjoyed side poach while relaxing. We called and asked for someone to come & trim down the weeds that were even overflowing near the car space, but no one came to trim down the overgrowth. Sad that the picture advertised was not what we discovered and that should not be allowed!! We took pictures.

Binnies Beach Bungalow

Bungalow was small but very clean. The refrigerator needs to be replaced or at least painted as our initial thought when we entered was that the place wasn’t clean. The linens were missing from the bed and a bag of old linens were by the door, turns out the staff thought we weren’t checking in until our checkout date but it was quickly resolved. The shower - super super super tiny. If you want to be clean below the waist use the outdoor shower. Would help if the property owner / manager added a handheld shower head to help offset the size of the shower. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked but we didn’t come to cook. Proximity to the beach / water was the selling point for us! The water is only a few short steps from the dunes. The bungalow is only a few short steps over the the dunes to the sand. The sunsets were amazing. The beach was never crowded and there wasn’t a lot of activity or people going past our bungalow but we stayed there at the end of the season. Overall we loved the place and would love to stay again if the shower situation is ever resolved.

Can't beat the location!

First and foremost, you cannot beat the location of this property for the price. My husband and two boys (9 and 12) stayed for a week. It's definitely small, but doable. You just have to be aware of what you're giving up to have the location. It definitely needs updates. The shower is pretty awful. It's maybe 2'x'2 and the shower head doesn't move so you have to essentially just face the corner. There were no sheets left for the pullout bed and the mattress for the pullout was COVERED in dog hair. They did come the next day and give us sheets, but we ended up just buying a cheap air mattress because we were too grossed out. The dishes are left to the renters to clean and the few we attempted to use were not cleaned, so we didn't use those for our stay. The mattress in the main bedroom was also terrible. Those would be my main complaints. But, we also knew that this house wouldn't be perfect and being 30 steps from the beach was well worth it. I can't say for sure if we'd come back to this rental, even if it was just the two of us. Primarily because of the quality of the sleeping conditions. I would say it's definitely worth a try with it being so close to the ocean, but just limit your expectations.

Right on the beach!

This little cottage was perfect for our stay. We loved it! Very quiet and relaxing. And so close to the beach! I should have counted the steps, but it couldn’t have been more than 20. We had a great blue heron visit us 2 days in a row and once more later in the week. As other reviews may have mentioned, the shower is small, but I expected that and thought it was absolutely fine.

We wanted less crowds and a quiet stay. We got both at Indian Rocks Beach along r we it’s a great bungalow. Cozy and comfortable.

Great Little Place

Loved the property and the area is not nearly as busy as other Florida coastal towns. The cottage is ideal for a couple. Many great dining spots in Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater.

The view

This place has the perfect spot! If you want to walk out the door to the beach this is the place for you. Cozy place to stay. This is our second time here. The only thing is the laundry area could use some TLC.
