Soyez parmi les premiers à séjourner dans ce chalet de plage récemment mis à jour situé directement sur le sable chaud et les eaux turquoises du golfe du Mexique! Il suffit de descendre de votre porche (si vous en avez envie!) et dans le sable - à quelques pas des eaux chaudes du golfe du Mexique et des magnifiques couchers de soleil! Pas d'escaliers à grimper - garez-vous dans votre abri de voiture privé, roulez votre valise de quelques mètres et bienvenue au paradis! Nous venons de terminer la mise à jour de la copropriété avec une nouvelle cuisine avec planchers blancs, comptoirs en granit et une cuisine en acier inoxydable pleine grandeur - comprenant un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, un four micro-ondes intégré, une cuisinière à 5 feux et un lave-vaisselle avec des sièges de tabouret de bar! Home a tous les nouveaux meubles, y compris un lit king-size dans la chambre principale privée, un canapé-lit queen-size, 2 téléviseurs à écran plat, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, des chaises de plage, des serviettes, tous les draps et une cuisine bien équipée à la fois une cafetière et Keurig! Wonderful stepping out of the cottage onto sand. Nice white sand. Plenty of beach to set up and spend the day, and go back for a bite. This is the way to go!!

This place is magic. We were on our honeymoon and it was perfect. Very homy decor and it had everything. Dishes and pans were great, as we did breakfast in. Beautiful view of beach and plenty of nice beach chairs. The bed was completely comfortable. We love it so much that we are coming back next year for our anniversary.

This was my second stay here, and I’m hoping there will be many more! Such an adorable place where you step out the door directly onto the beach. The sunsets are stunning and such a peaceful way to end the day. Check in could not have been easier. Had no troubles at all during either visit! And, the kitchen had everything we needed!

This place is a gem! Very cozy and great for a couples get away. Nothing like waking up every morning looking out at the gulf and eating breakfast in front of the huge window with the best view on the island. Fantastic for beach lovers because you are only steps away from the water and can leave your chairs to run back to the house to grab lunch and then spend the rest of the day relaxing back in the sand. We will definitely be going back!

I had an amazing stay! It’s the perfect location. Close to restaurants and the store across the street is nice. To be able to walk out the door and directly onto the beach was amazing! It’s also perfect for watching the sunset. One suggestion would be to have an ice cream scoop for the kitchen. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It’s honestly horrible but everything else made up for it.

Adorable & Convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable beach house! Everything was just as pictured—it was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Communication with Laurie and Russ was easy and very responsive throughout the entire process.One thing to note: the home is a duplex and located right next to a public beach access point, which wasn’t immediately clear from the listing. That said, the location was incredibly convenient and we were just steps away from the sand, which made beach days a breeze. The sunsets were absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay—perfectly viewable from just outside the house.Overall, we loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

We couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay for our anniversary. Everything was just as described and had everything we needed. The host was easy to work with and even checked in during a storm. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. We loved it!

Perfect place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary!

What a wonderful location and cottage! Walk out the door and there you are on the beach. Views from windows are outstanding too. Beach is not very crowded and the sunsets are lovely. The covered carport was a bonus too with the hot Florida sun. Hope to return in the future.

The location with direct beach access was nice. The unit itself was a disappointment. It was HOT (inside the place) the entire time we were there. When you come in from the beach and sun, it’s nice to have some relief with air conditioner- and there was none to be found here. The window units did almost nothing to cool the rooms. We were pretty miserable inside. It was to the degree that my sons just wanted to go home. It was also so small with almost no room to move around in. I can’t recommend staying there- it’s hard to relax when there’s no space and you’re burning up hot.

Beach Getaway

The cottage was perfect on every level. We had a great relaxing week with all the comforts of home. Great eating establishments within walking distance. The property owner(s) were great and well ahead of the game with check in instructions and lots of information on the area. We loved our stay and will be back soon!

Energetic beach loving family that has been visiting Florida since we were children and are lucky enough to have beach rentals in Clearwater Beach, Indian Shores and Ft. Myers Beach. We are both Realtors licensed in Illinois, with Laurie also licensed in Florida. We love to get a break from the cold weather in the Chicago Suburbs with a few winter trips to the beach including long walks on the beach and fantastic sunsets with a cocktail!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is so special because it is quaint, old Florida style and located directly on the beach - ranch style with NO STAIRS and a covered parking space 10 feet from your door, so that you can literally have your suitcase in your bedroom and on the beach in 10 minutes! We love this location on the beach because it is more private and the ocean is so clear and turquoise blue/green! We have updated the kitchen/living room to make it an open floor plan with white shaker cabinets, a full-size stainless steel appliance package and granite counters and breakfast bar. The bathroom is also totally remodeled with a walk-in shower and comfort height toilet. All off the furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories, etc. are brand new - as well as 2 flat screen TV's (ROKU in living room and Alexa) and high-speed wireless internet. You will love watching the sunset from the covered front porch or inside at the kitchen table - or start the day with a cup of coffee from either place!

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION! This is a 1957 quaint beach cottage - ranch style with no stairs, but updated with an open floor plan featuring white shaker cabinets, all full-size stainless appliances (Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher), PLUS a washer/dryer, king sized bed, ROKU TV, Alexa, new walk-in shower, high-speed wireless internet, covered front porch right on the sand to just stare at the ocean and feel the ocean breezes and enjoy spectacular sunsets! There is also a new outdoor shower!
