Offrant deux grandes chambres, une salle de bain complĂšte, avec un salon et une cuisine spacieux et ouvert. Patio avec foyer, tables, chaises, bain Ă  remous, grill, offrant Ă©galement des vĂ©los et des chaises de plage. Promenez-vous prĂšs de la plage, des restaurants, des cocktails, des glaces et de nombreux autres magasins. De plus, marchez un demi-pĂątĂ© de maisons dans le quartier pour vous rendre au fabuleux parc Kolb, oĂč vous pourrez jouer au tennis, au shuffleboard, au skateboard, Ă  un terrain de jeux, au basket-ball ou regarder un match de baseball. Cette location est du samedi au samedi seulement s'il vous plaĂźt. Ce nouvel emplacement magnifique offre quelque chose Ă  tout le monde et saura vous dĂ©tendre, ainsi que votre famille et vos amis!

2nd Stay

This is our second time staying here, and we would definitely stay again. It was nice before, but the recent remodel is great. We loved being a 2 minute walk from the beach, and its nice having everything you need for the beach included (towels, chairs, umbrellas, cart).

One year old's Birthday celebration

The house has a great location in regards to the beach acess and restaurants that are in walking distance. More than enough space for smaller families. Full size washer dryer and a great kitchen to utilize during your stay. Check in and out were seamless, Paula is very good at communicating and quick to respond. I would highley recommend.

Birthday Getaway

I celebrated my mom 70th birthday at this cute cottage in Indian Rock Beach. The beach is just across the street and the owner provided chairs and an umbrella! There’s a manual with ideas for the vacation time and instructions for use of the space. It looks just like the pictures.

Cute and comfortable beach cottage

We loved this 2 bedroom 1 bath VRBO. Great location and walking distance to beach. Owners had wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and towels which was super helpful. The place looked new and had a clean, airy beach vibe in decor. Great location near deli for breakfast items and sandwiches for lunch. Walking distance to a few restaurants for dinner as well. Property manager and owner were very responsive. Thank you for a great family spring break!

Perfect Cozy Beach Cottage

This cottage is an absolute gem ! Perfect location. Clean. Has all the amenities one needs plus many perks and bonuses. Host was super accommodating and very quick in her response. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this cottage - 10 stars all the way.

Exceptionally clean, great location

We will be back! Everything was spotless, including jacuzzi. Great location for beach access and tennis courts. Bikes were so handy.

Good location, close to beach and restaurants. Only issue was the Wi-Fi receptions wasn’t the bed especially in the bedrooms. Also, bring your own soap.

Perfect!!

My sisters and I had a blast here. The location was amazing. Only a block away from the beach and places to eat. We took advantage of the wagon, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and umbrella. We had everything we needed for a relaxing day at the beach.

The perfect cottage in the best area of Indian rocks

We had a great time during our stay at this perfect cottage. It was very clean and the pictures online are a very accurate representation of what you will get when you stay here. There are so many amenities, including the hot tub, which was great after a long day at the beach and a great little sitting area outside and all the beach supplies you need. Communications with the host were very good and she responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again when we come down to Indian rocks.

Fabulously faultless

From the minute we arrived we couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay! The cottage exceed our expectations and has us planning a swift return. The beach is much closer than the pictures show, there are great stores/restaurants close by and it’s super peaceful. Clearwater is a quick 10min drive if you want more excitement. The cottage was immaculate, everything was new/updated and Jim was a wonderful host...

Delightful Cottage in a Fantastic Location

In 41 years visiting the Clearwater area for Philadelphia Phillies spring training, this is, by far, the best accomodations we have ever rented! Easy access to 4 baseball stadiums; Phillies, Blue Jays, Rays and Pirates. The cottage is super clean, appears to have been recently remodeled and the amenities are as mentioned in the listing; especially beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon. I took advantage of the lovely stone patio to enjoy the sun when the beach was too cold and my husband was napping. Super close to the beach (amazing sunsets) and restaurants and the trolley stop is right at the corner if you don't have a car. We also cooked out on the grill once. Chatted with the owner a couple times in the first day and a half and she was very responsive and answered our questions. There are 2 cottages on this property and we hope to rent both in 2024.

Cute small place but had some issues

I am going to be completely honest in my review, as this place had both good and bad things about it... When we arrived, we noticed that the door jam is very loose as if someone has broken it and it wasn't fixed properly...This was a concern since we had a child that was going to be sleeping on the pull out right by the front door... The next thing we found was that the king bed frame was broken on one side and we couldn't sleep on it...I notified the property manager immediately, but nothing was ever done about it...And the property manager ended up never responding back...So we had to let the kid sleep on the one good side and us sleep on the pull out which is not ideal for a whole week...plus it's not what we agreed to when we paid for this place... Also, the pull out bed had a large stain on the sheets which is downright gross... The other bad thing we found was that we killed at least half a dozen cockroaches...The property manager needs to have the place sprayed on a consistent basis... Aside from those things, we made do with the place and its located a perfect distance from the beach to just walk over...We did not try the hot tub, but it's conveniently located between this place and the main house in front of it...It was nice that they had carts, chairs and coolers in the shed though cause they came in handy... With all that being said, the place could have been nice...They just need to get things fixed and cleaned better...I would not rent from them again...

These Cottages are PERFECT! We have updated them in 2020 to basically be brand new houses. EVERYTHING in them is new. We hope you enjoy them!

These fully updated cottages are loaded with nice “Extras”. Well stocked kitchens including spices and paper goods. Sleep Number King Bed in Master Bedroom. 2 Parking Spaces per Cottage. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Patio Furniture, Grill, and 11ft Umbrella on your patio. Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
