Lowkey beach getaway

Perfect house for a short beach getaway. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for us to relax and walk down the street to the beach anytime we felt like it.

Great location - very friendly host

From booking through checkout - everything worked very well and was as expected or wanted.Very nice interior, practical and beach-like. Lots of useful stuff available (sun-umbrella, beach-chairs, …).Super near to the beach, one can just go for a swim.Thank you, Betty!

Great experience

Everything was as listed - if we had any questions, Adrienne responded quickly. It was quiet while we were there and it was just a short walk to the beach. It’s a great location and a trolley stop is not far- we were close to a lot of restraints and we had breakfast at Cafe de Paris which great- we would definitely stay here again

Long weekend vacation

We had a great time during our stay starting with a comfortable, clean property. The cottage was well supplied with beach needs, access to a gas grill and access to washer & dryer. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Cottage Excellent Retreat

This two bedroom cottage was everything I wanted for my annual retreat. The kitchen was updated and excellently equipped. Excellent location for conveniently walking on the beach. The property manager was very helpful.

Indian rocks beach

Our cottage was fantastic. It’s all one level and big. Easy walk to beach for people who struggle through sand. Spectacular views!! Already planning next trip here!!

Wonderful "cottage"! We stayed for a month and the location is everything!

Loved this location! Myself and my 86 yr old mother enjoyed this property for a month. Location to the beach was everything! We could walk the beach daily with no streets to cross. The owner and property manager were both very responsive to a few issues we had in the beginning, but everything ended up being PEFFECT! Highly recommend Gulf Breeze Inn.

Great location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Gulf Breeze Inn Cottage. Betty was a pleasure to work with and the property manager onsite was also accommodating. The cottage looks exactly like the photos online and was super clean. The beach is literally just steps away. The cottage is on Gulf Blvd which could be a little noisy at times, but for the most part, it didn’t really bother us. We’ll definitely be back!

Super cute and on the beach!

We stayed in the cottage and it was very comfortable! We were driving down after work so the contactless check in was perfect for us! The cottage was very clean and spacious. It was really nice having a designated parking spot because it allowed us to wake up and walk to the beach without the hassle of finding a spot to park. There was a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available in the cottage. Additionally, we were able to do a late check out, which was really wonderful since we were only staying for a few days. The location is perfect because it’s just a few steps to the beach and walkable to many restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

Beach and sunshine

Probably was comfy cozy close to Everywhere we wanted to go I would stay there again in a heartbeat We stay on the West Coast of Florida five or six times a year at different rentals this compares favorably and above most If there was any drawback at all it would be nice to have a few more bath towels That would be the only negative thing I could say about it Great location great price very easy access to the beach Thanks To our host for having us much appreciated

Simply amazing!

Not only is this place beautiful, but it was everything we were looking for and did not know we needed!! My husband and I brought our 3 kids (16,13,7) and they loved it just as much as we did. It is so close to shops, dining, and the beach. All within walking distance! The supplied beach items were so nice to have and are all in great condition. The property manager is absolutely the best, which helped make our stay more comfortable!!!!

A wonderful place to stay me and my family we really loved and enjoyed our stay.

we love the cottage. The house was very clean. it was easy to find. the neighbors were really respectful. it was quiet. The house was perfect ! .We had no issues and the air conditioner was really good. The owner and the property manager are extremely friendly. both of them were very helpful and easy to work with. we will definitely come by and stay again.

Old lady getaway

The cottage was just as we expected from the pictures on the Vrbo site. We loved it. We were surprised at the amount of seaweed on the beach. It didn’t stop us from going every day but would be nice if it was removed. Doing that would certainly enhance the beauty of the white sand beach.

Good location but disappointed in the cottage.

The access to the beach was great but the unit itself is in need of some work. The A/C runs constantly and doesn't cool the entire house. Bedrooms are warm and we found the beds uncomfortable. All in all it was a miss for us.

A a Florida native I grew up on the beach and enjoyed so many family activities. I spent the last 25 years in the Washington DC area and when I returned to FLorida I settled in Tampa to be close to family. I have three amazing daughters and four fabulous grandchildren.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I spent several vacations in the Indian Rocks Beach area and love the "Old Florida" beach atmosphere. It is laid back, not congested and a very friendly, safe walking community. I felt so fortunate to find the Inn and after purchasing it spend six months doing a total renovations, both inside and outside. It is steps from the sand and walking distance to area restaurants, parks and all this beach community has to offer.

Laid back beach atmosphere with all the modern amenities of central air and heat, modern kitchens, Barbeque grills, tiki huts and onsite parking.
We also have one bedroom apartments at the same location.
