With easy access to Atlanta, Emory University, Agnes Scott College, and under a 5 minute drive to downtown Decatur, our home is the perfect jumping off point for your adventures in Atlanta! Located on the Freedom Park Trail and across the street from the 77 acre Legacy Park, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors or a walk the pups.

Enter a warm home offering guests plenty of space to spread out in a prime location. Walkable to Avondale Marta station, our location is the perfect jumping off point for all of your adventures in Atlanta!

The main floor provides the perfect setup for entertaining. With a half bath and a large sitting room with comfortable seating for 8, it’s perfect for enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or some cocktails before going out on the town (there’s even room to dance late night!).

Connected to the sitting area is the sun-filled, eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare an elaborate meal, or simply enjoy an espresso from the Nespresso machine at the coffee bar where you’ll find fully stocked coffee and tea. The kitchen table comfortably seats 8 guests with a built-in banquet backed with an IG worthy backdrop. The coffee station extends as a full-service beverage bar equipped with everything you would find at your favorite bar as well as the tools to make the perfect drink. The kitchen features an island that is expandable for entertaining, and a large pantry for all your storage needs.

Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 7 on Nectar and Casper mattresses, organic cotton bedding, and fluffy duvets. The primary bedroom features a King bed and attached bath, walk-in closet, black out curtains, and a large Roku TV featuring complimentary Netflix and HBO max. There’s even a dedicated workspace that doubles as a vanity with a lighted vanity mirror. The Queen room features a queen bed with black out curtains, a dedicated closet, organic cotton sheets, and its own private TV also equipped with Netflix and HBO Max. The final bedroom features a bunkbed with a twin and full bed, both with organic cotton sheets, plugins for devices on both levels, and even a nightlight for the kids.

In the daylight basement you’ll find the man cave equipped with a 75” TV with HBO Max and Netflix, a gas fireplace and soft throw blankets for a cozy movie night on the large sectional sofa. Hang out with friends playing Golden Tee or one of the several board games provided in the games closet. There’s also a portable speaker and laptop stations. The table behind the chaise sectional can serve as a dedicated workstation equipped with a monitor and adjustable desk chair (both stored in the laundry room). There is even a workout station equipped with resistance bands totaling 156 lbs, yoga and Pilates mats. Walk out the back door outside to safely relieve the pups. There’s a fully equipped laundry room with everything you need to wash a load, as well as plenty of extra storage.

If you want to stay in a super safe area where kids are free to roam and "be home by dark,” then this is a great neighborhood for you!
Guest access
Contactless entry is provided with your dedicated code on the Schlage keyless entry lock. The house, all of the indoor and outdoor spaces, and two driveway spots (2845 painted on each) and guest parking on the other side of the street are all yours!
Other things to note
- NO PARTIES: Parties are forbidden, and violation will result in immediate eviction, and a minimum fine of $1500, plus damages and additional cleaning fees.
- PET POLICY: While we love your furry friends, our pet friendly homes only apply to dogs. Cat can be reviewed on a case my case basis in advance of the booking and are typically only approved for longer stays.

*One pet will be subject to a non-refundable $65 fee, and each additional pet will be $50, maximum 3 pets. Additional pet fees will be collected via the resolution center or via the credit card given for your security deposit, with the agreement of the guest. A $500 fee will be charged for an undisclosed pet, and a $25 fee will be charged per pet waste left behind.

- LATE CHECK-OUT/EARLY CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Checkout is at 10:00 am. Please contact to secure an early check-in or late check-out. Failure to secure a late check-out in advance will incur a $150 Cleaning Call Out Fee in addition to the applicable fees.

Late Check-Out:
- 11:00 am = $35
- 12: 00 pm = $50
- 1:00 pm = $55
- 2:00 pm or later = 1 night's rent

SMOKING POLICY:
Interior smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $1000. You are welcome to smoke outside. Please dispose of your cigarettes waste in the provided dog waste bins.

Outdoor security cameras are provided for your and the house's security.
