We sincerely apologize that other aspects of the home’s cleanliness did not meet expectations. This is not the standard we strive to maintain, and your comments regarding the kitchen floors, baseboards, and windows have been shared with our cleaning team so that a more thorough deep cleaning can be completed and additional quality checks implemented. We also regret any inconvenience caused by the limited kitchen utensils. We are currently reviewing and restocking the kitchen to ensure it is better equipped for future guests. Regarding communication, we did not hear from you directly regarding any issues on the property. Support did contact us two days after checking-in and agreed to sending the cleaning crew over to address any issues and was instructed to wait for support to further investigate. We understand how important timely responses are and are looking into what may have caused the delay, as this is not typical of our service. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and are glad that, overall, the home met your expectations.
