The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a king bed and private sitting area with lots of natural light. It opens up to a private balcony overlooking the pool and the golf course beyond. The master bathroom has a walk-in closet, along with his and her open showers and his and his and her sinks. The second bedroom upstairs has two queen beds. The second floor also has dedicated study area that opens up to a private balcony overlooking tropical landscaping.

The house has a beautiful private pool that faces the golf course and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a large covered outdoor patio with a table for outdoor dinners along with a comforatble outdoor seating area to enjoy your sunset cocktails. The house has separate air conditioners for each room in the house so you can stay cool in the tropical climate.
