There are not many places where you can watch the sunrise over the marsh and sunsets over Buzzards Bay. You'll also be a short drive away from shops and restaurants in the surrounding area and also a golf course. This home would make a great home base for exploring the rest of the Cape during your stay. Bring the provided beach chairs as you visit Barlows Landing Beach located half a mile north and offers rock jetties, lots of boats for viewing pleasure, and, of course, a boat ramp!

Return to your vacation home and rinse the sand off from your beach visit in the new outdoor shower. The home is in fantastic condition and ready for your enjoyment, plus it offers a well-equipped, full kitchen to whip up tasty meals. This vacation rental is highlighted by a beautiful deck - perfect to kick back and relax on while enjoying the surrounding nature and views. If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, grab a kayak and launch it out into the bay to explore all the natural beauty that Cape Cod has to offer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
