Saturday through Saturday rental available July and August. Shorter stays available the rest of ther year. Single level architect designer ranch. All rooms have vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. The spacious kitchen has all accommodations, and able to host 8 at the farm table and two at the breakfast bar. Plenty of outdoor seating as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining including a lobster pot, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking supplies.

Central AC and Heat throughout the house.

The living room is located at the center of the home, large flat screen smart TV and stunning floor to ceiling windows looking out to the very private backyard. There is a beautiful non-working fireplace with multiple candles for ambience.

The left wing of the house you will find a primary bedroom with Queen bed, smart TV, full bathroom, walkin shower, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and sliders to the private deck. The right wing of the house you will find 2 bedrooms and full bath with bathtub and double sinks. One large bedroom has a King bed, closet vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. The third bedroom has two, twin bunkbeds, one being a full size mattress, to sleep 4 total also with vaulted ceilings exposed beams and sliding doors to the back yard. Private large outdoor shower is accessed on left side of the house or off the deck from the primary bedroom.

The outdoor space is a lovely park-like private yard with plenty of outdoor dining a new weber grill, plenty of outdoor seating and fire pit.

Bath towels, bed linens, beach chairs included.
