Copropriété bien entretenue dans une petite communauté de plage exclusive. Ceci est l'endroit idéal si vous êtes en famille, entre amis ou pour une escapade romantique. dort notre première maison de plancher sept avec une grande chambre et salle de bain et deux chambres supplémentaires et salle de bain d'hôtes. Elle est spacieuse et propre. Il y a couvre-matelas, couvertures, couettes et oreillers sur chaque lit. Vous devez apporter vos propres draps et serviettes ou les fixer par location de linge.
Avec une seule unité de côté et fenêtres sur trois côtés, vous pouvez profiter de la vie privée et d'été brise flottait dans.
Assurez-vous d'explorer la plage qui offre la natation fantastique à marée haute et magnifiques appartements de plage de sable à marée basse, vous permettant de marcher à environ un mile et d'explorer les bassins de marée et des bancs de sable.
Des courts de tennis, une piscine et un bain à remous sont sur les lieux. Les motifs ont également une terrasse surplombant la plage, idéale pour regarder le coucher du soleil et une petite bibliothèque où vous pouvez entendre les vagues quand vous vous asseyez et lisez.

Another wonderful stay!!

This was our third summer staying at the property and it was as fantastic as ever. The condo is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. It is conveniently located between the beach (which is never crowded!) and the pool. The sunsets are unmatched and the low tide is amazing for little kids. Our trip there is always the highlight of our summer and we would love to stay again!

Great spot in Brewster close to the beach

My wife, toddler and I spent a wonderful week at Pat’s home around July 4th. Spacious, well-located and well-equipped. We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful, private beach as well as the nicely maintained pool. Pat was responsive, a great communicator and a wonderful host. Would love to stay again!

We love this place!!

Third year back and won’t be our last! This condo is perfect for our family and right in the heart of our happiest Brewster vacation memories. The condo is spacious, super-clean, and well-appointed. It’s also an excellent bonus to have access to the pool facilities and private beach!

Great Family Vacation Home

Beautiful clean home that is centrally located to both the pool and the beach, just minutes away. Modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large bedroom with plenty of closet space and storage. Was able to fit a porta-crib in the room with 2 beds no problem. Plenty of seating for dining indoors and out. Great dining table for our family game nights. Hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the second year we’ve stayed at the property and it is simply wonderful! The home is beautiful and as a family with young children the location is perfect with easy access to the beach, pool, and surrounding Brewster restaurants. Great stay right by the beach in a gorgeous community

My family just returned from a week in Sears Point and we absolutely loved our stay. The unit is spacious with great amenities, including a gorgeous kitchen and master bath. The Sears Point property is beautifully maintained. The beach is a short walk away. Many days, we were the only family on it. All in all we highly recommend this unit and can't wait to return.

Brewster Hideaway

This property is absolutely amazing! The complex is very quiet but yet walkable to things to do in Brewster like the general store and Brewster scoop. Only a few minute walk to both the pool and beach which were both well maintained and not overly busy given the time of year. The beach and the nightly sunsets are stunning! We are already trying to figure out how and when we can come back next year. Thank you Pat and Phil that is an awesome spot - 5 stars all the way!!!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations!! The condo is beautiful with updated bathrooms and kitchen and anything needed for an enjoyable stay. We are a family with two young children and the fact that it is on one floor was a huge plus! The beach and pool are both very close to the property and were never crowded. The Brewster flats are perfect for young children and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend this property and we are hoping to come back next year!

Fantastic

This was the second year we stayed here! The home is much nicer then the pictures show! Beautiful area, quiet, yet close to everything. Three minutes to walk to your own beach, or short drive to beach! We watched the seals playing in the water every day! Pat gets right back to you with any and all questions!

Another wonderful stay in Brewster

A wonderful property in a great Brewster location. The home had everything needed for a relaxing early summer stay with friends. Light filled rooms, Modern updated applianes and clean , spacious living dining room made even a few soggy mornings comfortable. The community pool and landscaping was well maintained and welcoming. The Sears point private beach remains a highlight away from the crowds on the calm and warmer Bay side.Lots to do in and near Brewster. Brewster whitecaps baseball- The summer Cape Cod league local team is fun to watch and enjoy. America's pastime at its finest. CCRT nearby for biking to Nickerson Park and on thru to Orleans, Eastham, the National Seashore and Wellfleet. The Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans makes for a welcome ' rehydration and ice cream stop'. Cape Cod museum and Brewster conservancy are great walkable destinations for birdwatching and

Perfect place in a stunning location

We stayed at this property for three weeks and we did not want to leave! We were two people but there was a time there were five of us in this very clean condo. It is spacious and the layout is open and conducive to spending time with family and friends. We were delighted to arrive and see the completely updated beautiful kitchen. The two bathrooms are modern and tastefully updated as well. The master bath is an oasis with a rain shower head with nice hot water! The bedrooms are great; the master is quite spacious, and the others have good space and are sunny. The condo is equidistant to the beach and pool (with hot tub), and tennis courts. There is a beautiful back patio with a table, chairs, and a nice Weber gas grill. The large living area has a big table on which we did four puzzles during our stay. Communication with owners could not have been more clear and pleasant. Every night there is a beautiful sunset to be seen from the beach or viewing area up above. The. condo is easily accessible to Route 6A and the rest of The Cape. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you, Pat and Phil!

Wonderful stay in Brewster!

We were a family of 6 staying at this house and it was perfect - very roomy and enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Actually, the house was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures. The development is wonderful and there was a pool nearby and private beach and we took advantage of both! Neither one was ever super crowded, despite some of the hot temps that we experienced. After hearing that some of the beaches were already at their limit by 7:45AM, we were happy to have access to the private beach. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and since we stayed for 3 weeks, Pat and Phil offered us a mid-stay cleaning. We did have one issue with the fridge BUT Pat took care of it immediately. She called us right away and was very apologetic. It did not even seem like a big issue to us because of how the owners responded. Brewster is an incredible location on the Cape - close to many wonderful towns and it is not a far drive to get to the Upper or Lower parts of the Cape. The house is walking distance to some nice restaurants, the Brewster General Store, an ice cream shop, bakery and book store. I am sure there are more places to walk to but we had a 4 and 5 year old who could only walk so far! :) I highly recommend the Cape Cod Bike Trail, as well. It was a hit for all of us. This is our first time using VRBO and we had an incredible stay and are planning to stay there again next summer. Thank you, Pat and Phil, for allowing us to rent your home and create such wonderful memories!

Happy Return

On our return visit we were so pleased to find everything we enjoyed previously, the clean,comfortable,well equipped property in a quiet community. There was also the convenience of everything being on one level. The scenic short walk to a private Cape Cod Bay beach is so appealing. Add to all this that communicating with the Brewers is so easy and friendly. The location in Brewster, our favorite Cape location , is also such a positive feature, with excellent restaurants nearby,as well as the Cape Rail Trail for biking , other beaches and ponds and good proximity to other favorite towns such as Dennis and Chatham. We highly recommend staying at the Brewers

This is an area near and dear to our family, and we are so delighted to have such a wonderful place to come back to every year. It suits our grown family of four perfectly, and the proximity to our favorite local spots, the pool, and the private beach are all the icing on the proverbial cake.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The house was so comfortable and cozy. And the kitchen! Wow, new and the very best appliances. We like to cook so this was a great feature for us. The hosts were so gracious (even when we made off the the key fob to the pool!)😬 The bathrooms had been updated and the shower in the master suite was just great. If you are thinking of staying here - do it! You won’t be disappointed even a little. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place, great location

This property is fantastic. I’ve stayed here before and it is always a nice, well kept relaxing place. The unit is has well laid out. The kitchen and patio are new. Furniture is comfortable. Owners are easy to work with. Location is a 1 min walk through a nice path to the beach. Beach is fairly private. There is an observation deck on beach path to watch sunsets from. The association pool is clean and not busy. Rail trail is a quick bike ride. Overall relaxing
