The first floor welcomes you with the dining table set in preparation for your visit. The well-stocked kitchen has been updated for modern cooking, but retains its early American farmhouse roots, and the cozy living room is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, an office space, and a convenient laundry room. 
The cute-as-a-button 2nd floor offers 3 additional bedrooms and a full bath. You’ll enjoy the fun artwork selections and calming yet colorful spaces. These happy, sunny bedrooms will help you to start every day the right way!

Dewberry Manor is conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown. The expansive backyard offers plenty of room for the dog, or the kids, or the kids-at-heart to run and play - fully fenced. There’s also a firepit and a Weber charcoal grill for the best sort of summer nights! Or maybe you would like to be here in September for some extra fun - the backyard backs offers one of the very best views of the South Haven Rams’ football field - game night from the comfort of the house!

The Story of Dewberry Manor
“I discovered South Haven in 2012. It was the Spring before I got married, and I took a
pre-wedding trip to Kalamazoo for some girl-time with one of my friends. She took me to South
Haven to get some lunch, and we walked out on the beach for the afternoon. 10 years and 4
children later, my husband and I took our family to Kalamazoo for vacation and spent a day in
South Haven eating ice cream and playing in the sand. On our drive back to our hotel, we
decided, out of curiosity, to see what houses were for sale in South Haven. We pulled up a
beautiful 100-year-old house on Phoenix Street, just steps away from downtown, that had been
sitting on the market for a couple of months. We called up our realtor friend and asked if we
could get a showing before we had to go back to Colorado. We made an offer on the house that
week and spent the fall and winter remodeling and decorating our new vacation home.
Our favorite room is the game room. It gives us a place to play and enjoy family time during the
chilly winter months, and during the warmer weather, we love spending time in the backyard,
playing lawn games in the expansive yard, eating meals on the deck, and making s’mores in the
firepit.”
