SeaSpray 214 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, oceanfront condo.

Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a TV, a Private Bath, and a sliding door to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a twin bed, a large closet, and access to the hall bath.

Additional Amenities: The condo is equipped with interior washer/dryer, high-speed wireless internet and 2 Smart TVs with basic cable.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation comes with a 2 car Max parking limit - parking pass required. Boat/Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.

Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the check-in office to pick up parking passes, pool gate card, and pool bands.

Linens and towels are provided with beds made for weekly stays only.

Rents weekly Sunday-Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 Night Minimum Year-Round.

No Smoking. No Pets.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
