Situé dans le complexe de condo A PLACE A THE BEACH à Atlantic Beach, NC. Cette unité a été entièrement rénovée de haut en bas en 2018; y compris de nouveaux planchers et de beaux nouveaux comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bain!
Une promenade sur la promenade privée de la propriété vous mènera à travers les dunes et directement à la plage!

Cette propriété a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vacances en famille parfaites avec une piscine intérieure et extérieure, des bains à remous intérieurs et extérieurs, et bien sûr un incroyable toboggan extérieur de 150 pieds directement sur la propriété! La jolie cour est parfaite pour les activités de plein air et les jeux et comprend une aire de jeux pour enfants amusante! Profitez des terrains de basket-ball, des courts de tennis, du mini-golf et même d'une salle d'arcade intérieure sans jamais quitter le terrain!
Plusieurs barbecues au charbon de bois et au gaz sont idéalement situés sur la propriété.

La propriété est à quelques minutes de grandes attractions familiales, y compris un court trajet de 1,6 km au parc d'État de Fort Macon et à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aquarium NC ou du front de mer historique de Beaufort. 10 minutes de Morehead City Waterfront.
Il y a des ascenseurs situés au centre de chaque bâtiment et des chariots pour aider au chargement des bagages.

Great!!!

Direct ocean view from balcony was excellent. Great outdoor pool with a legit water slide that both adults and kids will enjoy. Excellent outdoor grills, mini golf and other sports activities made it great for the whole family. Highly recommend for a great family trip.

Our favorite vacation spot ~ on the beach, lovely accommodations and beautiful view from the balcony! We have rented this condo for several years now. The owner is always very responsive and helpful. The unit is clean and nicely decorated.

Plenty of family friendly amenities including water slide pool, putt-putt, hot tub, indoor pool, easy beach access, tennis/pickleball. We loved the live music by the pool on Friday afternoon.

Good for family fun

Overall our stay at this location was good. The property ia great and offers a lot of amenities - indoor pool, hot tubs, playground, beach access etc. The condo itself is a good size for a group of 6 but it does need some updates. The oven did not work during our stay and 1 burner on the stove did not work (did get fixed while we were there). Called the number provided by the owner and they responded quickly, but the oven wasnt fixed which messed up our cooking plans for the trip. The cleanliness of the location was okay. The shower curtains in both bathrooms had mildew, the window in the master bedroom was very dirty, and the glass door was extremely dirty when we arrived. Also I messaged the owner prior to arriving to inform them we would be arriving late. Never recieved a message back so had to call the reality company upon arrival to figure out how to get our keys to enter. Wish there was better communication. Owner responded after I had already reached out to the afterhours number. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the condo ia very close to the beach access entrance and outdoor pool. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if the clealiness improved and the stove was functional

Good space, location for price

Great location! Good ocean view. When we arrived, the condo had not been cleaned. The office couldn't help us because they don't manage this condo. We finally got in touch with the owner who got it cleaned for us that evening. The cleaning company brought us a gift card as an apology. I would stay here again.

Best view in Atlantic Beach

This development had something for everyone and every weather- very nice indoor salt water pool and hot tub; super fun outdoor pol with water slide; playground; even mini golf. Our unit was clean and comfortable, spacious for our family of 3, easy access to the beach access but not so close as to be noisy. And, an incredible view on the private deck. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

This was such a nice place with a great location to ocean & amenities of the complex. It did not disappoint, the views from balcony were great & just a few steps to be on the beach! We will definitely be back again, the condo had everything we needed! Internet & tv service was good too!

Awesome Ocean View

This is the third year we have stayed in this condo. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and well supplied, The owners are quick to reply to any inquiries. The direct ocean view is awesome! Our family enjoys vacationing at A Place at the Beach. In addition to the beach, there are many other amenities including the pools, mini golf and food trucks.

Beautifully updated condo. Everything that you could need on the property. Very helpful and friendly staff. SO much to do in the area. Fabulous places to eat. This will be our new favorite beach destination!

Atlantic Beach week

Overall we enjoyed the ocean view and the short walk to the beach. The condo does need some TLC -the DW is loose, the kitchen and master bathroom faucets are loose and the switch on the far light next to the master bed does not work - to use the light, you have to plug it in. The internet was very spotty and we missed having a wine opener along with glasses.

Spring break

The location is great, short walk to beach, lots of activities for families on the property, indoor pool was freezing- we utilized the indoor hot tub. Unit was updated, the secondary shower hot water didn’t work- which we alerted the owner about. Overall a good stay, we would stay there again.

Short summer getaway

The condo itself had an amazing oceanfront location and the neighborhood had great amenities including an amazing pool with water slide- my 4 year old loved it! Kitchen and dining areas were great- bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty spacious. Everything could use a little updating but the entire community itself is older.

Beautiful oceanfront property!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this property. Newly remodeled with beautiful decor, it was perfect for our family. The deck overlooks the beach and ocean (awesome view). Also, just a quick walk to the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better location on the property. The Rockwell’s were a pleasure to work with. This was our first time to Atlantic Beach and we hope to return with the hopes of staying here again!

The condo was very comfortable and clean and has great access to the beach! The overall size and layout of the condo is perfect, and the rooms are well lit and well decorated. The pool and facilities are well kept, and the staff is incredibly friendly and gracious! The only recommendation I have is that some of the shrubs/foliage between the condo and the beach could be trimmed down a small bit as it is starting to reach heights to block the view of the ocean from the 2nd floor. Would definitely recommend and would like to book again next year for an even longer stay!

Absolutely Perfect!

You'll LOVE staying here. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and stylish. The amenities are fantastic—indoor pool, hot tub, and outdoor pool with a long slide. We went as a ladies (long) weekend, but would highly recommend if you have children. The added bonus of this condo is the direct view of the ocean from the deck! Gorgeous! I truly hope to get the opportunity to return to this condo in the future.

Enjoyed our time!

We had a lovely time at APATB. I grew up staying here and getting to share this special place with my kids was really magical. The location of this condo was fantastic. A short walk to the pool and beach and a beautiful view from the condo itself. The condo was overall well appointed though some areas do really need some TLC, as others have mentioned. The dishwasher is not properly installed into its space, the sink faucet is loose, the stove burner pans are so corroded they are disintegrating and the shower heads were scaly. Everything WORKED fortunately, but it was concerning we might be held responsible for some of these things and would have appreciated them being mentioned upon our arrival. Beyond that, no complaints and we would consider renting this property again, though we’d love to see some attention given to the items mentioned above. Thank you for your hospitality!
