Located 1.5 miles west of The Hangout, The Beach Front 601 is a 2-BR/1.5-BA, beachfront, centrally located, condo that offers a full, well-equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 4, stack washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living area. With a queen bed in the master, two twins in the second BR, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, this unit can sleep up to 6 guests. There is NO pool, but you are only a few steps from the beach.
The Space:
Enjoy our family-friendly, cool, beach front, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo to relax between trips to the beach! Cook out at the shared charcoal BBQ grill or put the well-equipped kitchen to use. Our dining table can seat 4. With a queen bed in the master, two twins in the second BR, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, this unit can sleep up to 6 guests. There is NO pool, but you are only a few steps from the beach. We offer a washer & dryer in the unit to keep the swimsuits and beach towels ready for the beach. Our condo is located on the first elevated level offering indirect beach views. There is no elevator so guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs. The Beach Front is a low-density complex with only 36 total units, so the beach area is never overly packed.
Guest Access:
There are picnic tables and a charcoal grill by the beach gazebo for use on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Assigned parking spots are underneath the building. There is enough space for 2 small cars or 1 long truck to park. Two parking passes are provided for your stay, please keep these displayed in your vehicles at all times! Do not park anywhere besides the designated spot for unit 601; do not block any driveway, other vehicle, or objects such as the dumpster or you will be towed!

The Beach Front is 1.5 miles west of the Hangout, near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer.

The Beachfront condo is located on the first elevated level offering indirect beach views. There is NO elevator so guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs.
