Welcome to our newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home! A modern and comfortable house specially prepared with a lot of design and amenities. Enjoy the pool and jacuzzi spa outdoor area with table, chairs, sun loungers, enclosed with privacy screens for an even more secluded swim! This home is in one of the closets neighborhoods to Disney. The beautiful home has recently been upgraded and renovated! Are you going to DISNEY WORLD? Only 20 minutes driving!
The space
Heated Pool is recommended from October through April. New kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances with water and ice dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and all you will need to prepare meals for your stay. Home includes 2 driveway parking spaces as well as street parking.
Guest access
Master bedroom has it’s own private bathroom, king size bed, cable/Roku TV and walk in closet. 1 queen size bed bedroom with walk in closet and Roku TV. 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room and closet. The house is fully equipped with extra linens, pool towels. There is a vacuum, 2 beach chairs, as well as board games for your convenience.

Laundry: Equipped for your comfort and convenience with washer, dryer, ironing board and electric iron.
Other things to note
•No Pets Allowed
•Charcoal Grill is not allowed ($150 fine will be applied in case of violation)
- Ice dispenser is currently not working we apologize for any inconvenience

Extra Charges (Upon Request)
- Pool heater $40 per day (Needs to be requested and paid 4 days before check-in)
- Hot Tub - $25 per day (Takes one hour to heat up to 102-104 degrees Fahrenheit)
- ATTENTION: We only supply Heat for Pool for the Days that you are staying, so if you are doing 3 nights you have to pay for all 3 nights.
