This house had everything we could need and more. We felt at home as soon as we entered. The kitchen was very well stocked for our group of 8. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. We would gladly rent this home again.

Wonderful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy, everything was clean and we had ample room for 5 adults and 4 children. Stoyan was very responsive and easy to work with. There were little touches like a Mickey Mouse sticker on the paper towel to tack it down. There were two pack n plays which was very helpful and toys for the kids to play with. The pool was great ( we heated it) and the hot tub was nice and hot and so great after long days at the park. It is very convenient to the parks too. We would highly recommend this home!

Great winter get away, March 2022

The house was excellent and very clean. The host was extremely accommodating and always pleasant to deal with. The heated spa and pool were excellent, thanks for accommadating us. We highly recommend this house to anyone. Great location for a great vacation.

Orlando stay

It was very spacious, with 5 bed rooms and a nice pool! The land lord was very honest, he actually returned the extra money paid for the pool because I didn’t use it! Very clean and close to Disney World. I would stay again!

The house was amazing for our family of 8 from grandparents down to two years old! It was immaculate and accommodating. The kids loved the toys and room decorations. The host was wonderful and checkin was so easy. Definitely recommend and we will be returning!

Property was excellent for our stay. Cleanliness and upkeep of this property is excellent. Was put at ease with alarms being on the doors leading to the pool area because of the special needs people that were present. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, great communication

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were not very comfortable, and hot water was lukewarm, so unless you wanted a cool bath the soaking tub was not much use. Beautiful place. Only seating for 6 people in living room, but sleeps 10. We had a good time.

Family vacay

Enjoy this property so much it had everything we needed. Check in was easy and Stoyan gave us all the infor needed. Property is close to all shopping. We did pay extra for pool/spa but wanted to make sure we could use no matter what the weather and it didn't disappoint. I recommend this property for a great stay. The Harrison's

Enjoyed Return Stay

We came back because of all of the indoor space, and the heated pool/spa, backing on to walking trail. Location is one of the best we have visited over the years. Close to everything. The bonus, this time, was the armadillo on my morning walk! Thanks Stoyan.

Very Excellent

This property is amazing - it's a must stay. We booked it to stay at during our trip to Disney World. Our group tends to have high standards, and we were happily impressed. It was even better in person than in the photos. The house was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The location seems to be a nice and safe neighborhood very convenient to the theme parks and groceries/gas. The owner is super nice, responsive, and professional. We will stay again.

Great stay in Orlando

The house was very clean and organized. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and this home was equally as peaceful and quiet. Stoyan, the property owner, was very responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would rent this home again. Thanks for a great stay!

We would love to come back!

Came down for the Summit Championships at ESPN. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Close to the parks, restaurants and shopping. The creek behind the house offers so much privacy and is much nicer than having another house or lanai right behind you. Overall, we loved the house and location. Look forward to coming again.

Wonderful Property and Host

This home was exactly as listed, clean, close to Disney, quiet neighborhood. Pool and patio were wonderful. Can not say enough good things about the home! But beyond that was our Host Stoyan, communication was excellent, home was ready when we arrived, any questions we had were answered promptly! Our stay was during the hurricane, and Stoyan was wonderful, making sure everything was ok, and that we were safe, even taking the time to let us know when Disney was going to reopen! Thank you Stoyan for allowing us to stay in this home and looking after us so well.

Highly recommend this property

This is an A++ property. The owner is super nice and very responsive to questions and concerns. The house was very clean neat organized and well stocked. Within 10 minute drive to Disney Parks. I can’t say enough good things about this house. The kids loved the pool and play room. Will definitely stay here again. The first night we were there I could not figure out how to work the thermostat the owner came right over and showed me how and checked to make sure everything was good before he left even called the next day to ensure everything was still good.
