Heavenly 5 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom Private Pool Home with Beautiful Lakeview in Gated Resort!

We wish you a warm welcome to a heavenly 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home, including your very own private pool overlooking the beautiful lake. There’s plenty of living space for 10 guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation but is very well situated so that you can make the most of your experience. Whether it be leisurely activities, dining out, shopping sprees, or thrill-seeking adventures; you’ll have convenient access to all there is to offer in Kissimmee and Orlando. As you enter, there is a private lounge area with TV and Xbox with a comfortable sofa, along with an adjoining full bathroom with walk in shower. The main area has plenty of couch space for all guests with a large TV. The open plan living space has a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen for self-catering requirements, along with breakfast bar overlooking the living room and 6-seater dining room. There are three access points to the pool from this area. There’s one king bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: a king, a queen and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms! The king and queen both have large bathrooms, the king including a corner bathtub. All bedrooms include TVs, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage/closet space. The pool area has an oversized lanai area with two fans to cool off in the shade, along with outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill.


Located in Bella Vida Resort, including the magnificent clubhouse that spans over 6,700 square feet with a community pool. There are also 15 acres of gorgeous lakes, a cyber café, game room for the kids, basketball courts, volleyball, walking trails, places for picnics, playground for little ones and spectacular Italian gardens. All the onsite facilities are included with your stay. The gate has 24/7 security for your peace of mind. There is a Walmart Supercenter only 0.6 miles away.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured; you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

A pack n play, highchair and park stroller are available. Please request this when you book if you would like to use them during your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $70 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self-service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.
