This 3 bedroom villa has split bedrooms for privacy. Large dining table and also an additional breakfast nook table in the kitchen. Two bar stool seating at the kitchen countertop. Privacy screen and hedge for tanning by the pool. Master bedroom is beautifully decorated with 55" screen tv wall mount and King size bed. Comfortable reclining couch, loveseat and recliner chair in the family room. Second bedroom has King size bed and a sliding door that enters the patio/pool area. Third bedroom has two single beds decorated in Mickey Mouse style. All bedrooms have a flat screen tv.
We have another vacation villa if this one is not available for your dates. Property identification number is 53246.

Excellent house. Exactly as listed.The place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with just a short drive to the parks.We enjoyed having our own private hut tub and pool in the backyard in between busy days.I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during our Universal Orlando vacation. The house is a moderate distance to the parks. We loved being able to cook breakfast and dinner and swim or relax in the hot tub after our long park days. The house is situated in a great area very close to a nice Wal-Mart and good restaurants. Wonderful property!

I love this house and this was my third time staying here. The owner is amazing, very responsive and very helpful too. The house was very clean, the beds were quite comfortable and the pool is beautiful, We went to the theme parks many days, but my favorite was just relaxing at the house on the lanai overlooking the pond and the fountain. The waterfall into the pool was so serene. I enjoyed the hot tub very much! I look forward to returning to this house. The location is great too!

Overall stay was well. We stayed for 6 nights. Loved the pool. My only recommendations would be a larger garbage in the kitchen and the master bed might have been broken in the past so someone tried to fix the frame so the middle is rasied higher than the rest which makes it uncomfortable. One thing not mentioned is if you are staying on a Wednesday or Thursday you are responsible for taking the trash and recycling to the road or you get a 35 fine. We had an ant issue on day 2 but they responded to it quickly and got it fixed.

OCCC Tournament

We were in town for a volleyball tournament held at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). It was 15 mi away from this property. This house and neighborhood were a lot more laid back than the area around OCCC which we really appreciated. The property was very clean and had everything we needed and plenty of space for my family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental!

This is a wonderful house located a perfect distance to all you may need for a memorable vacation—grocery store, local restaurants, Disney parks, Disney springs, etc. The house even has some nice updates from what is shown in the listing (new flooring, furniture, and bedding). Kathryne was excellent at communicating. Check in was a breeze. Appreciated the welcome note, snacks, and starter supplies (a few garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc). We felt comfortable here and welcomed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fabulous property

Very clean home with lots of space to spread out! The pool was amazing, and the out doors space was great! Only feedback I could offer is to add a grill outdoors for cooking. Otherwise- great property to enjoy while vacationing in the Orlando area! Would highly recommend!

Property was perfect for a Disney vacation. Location was great. About a ten minute drive to everything Disney. Pool area and hot tub were very nice. The property was clean and well kept.

WOW WOW WOW!

If you want the perfect location whilst also having a beautiful home than this is the place! Close to all the major parks, great shopping facilities, and a pool! What more could you want! The attention to detail from the small home decor down to the child safe pool alarms is amazing! We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again one day for another amazing stay!

What else can I say that hasn’t already been said?

We were a family of five – Grampy, mom and dad and two children aged four and two. There iare many reasons why this home has been rated at 10 out of 10. And most of those have already been said. We agree with everything positive that has been said in previous reviews. We were not looking to visit the Disney parks, but simply to enjoy the sun and alternative attractions in Orlando. We put a lot of value in the ability to relax and enjoy the VRBO home where we stay. This home was absolutely wonderful in this regard. We particularly enjoyed evenings around the pool and in the hot tub. The view is wonderful both in the evening and first thing in the morning.Communication with Catherine was first class. Although there was very little reason to contact her as everything is very well organized. Everything you need for self catering is available at the various stores nearby. But you do need a car. There are also many great restaurants within easy driving distance. Miller’s alehouse is wonderful for casual dining and very economical. If you want a bit of a splurge, the Fishbone Grill is very good as well. We had lunch at the dinosaur restaurant at Disney Springs and this was great fun for the little ones.We spent a fabulousl week in this wonderful accommodation. And we hope to return someday.

Amazing location and perfect for families going to the parks and relaxinv

We were celebrating my mom’s 75 birthday and kids spring break. It was a great balance for location and non park days. The pool and hot tub where just what was needed after long days of walking. Would stay again!

Disney vacation home

Beautiful house

We stayed here in January for a football tournament for our son. It was a beautiful house with gorgeous setting and pool. House was clean and owner even had a goody basket when we got to the house. This was so nice and thoughtful. Pool and hot tub were the highlight of the rental and the whole trip. We played for hours in it every evening. Thanks for letting us come !
