Main Floor:

Queen bedroom with easy access and a separate full bathroom with shower, perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs:

Primary suite with a cozy king bed and private en-suite bathroom featuring a relaxing tub.

Mickey-themed bedroom with two full beds and a Minion-themed bedroom with a queen daybed and twin trundle, perfect for kids. These rooms share a separate full mermaid bathroom with a shower.

Whip up family favorites or try something new in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the cooking essentials you need. Enjoy casual bites at the counter with seating for four, or gather around the dining table that seats six for meals and memory-making.

Upstairs, you’ll find an in-house brand new washer and dryer for your convenience, plus extra blankets to keep things comfy and cozy.

Security Notice:

For your safety and the security of the property, a camera is located at the front door. It monitors the exterior entry only. There are no indoor cameras.

**Pool Size:** 7.5 ft x 14 ft (L-shape, excluding the step area)
**Pool Depth:** 3 ft on one side and 4 ft on the other side

Heated Pool Option:

Our private pool can be heated upon request for $35 per night with a minimum of two nights and will be preset for the duration of your stay. We cannot guarantee it will reach a comfortable temperature during colder months. As an alternative, guests are always welcome to enjoy the clubhouse pools, which feature heated pools and relaxing Jacuzzis.

Pet Supervision and Crate Policy:

Pet fee: $130 per stay. To help ensure a safe, peaceful, and well-maintained space for all guests, we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended in the home for an extended period of time.

For dogs, we require that they are crate trained. To prevent barking and avoid any damage to furnishings, dogs should be crated anytime they are briefly left alone (no more than a few hours) and overnight while sleeping.

Barbecue Grill:

A propane grill is available for your stay. If you’d like to use it, a $75 Grill Setup and Standard Cleaning Fee (invoiced separately) applies. This fee covers pre-arrival preparation, fuel, and standard post-stay cleaning.

Guests are expected to scrape and lightly clean the grill grates after each use and leave the grill in reasonable, usable condition. Excessive grease buildup, food debris, or misuse, including use inside the lanai or screened areas, requiring professional deep cleaning or power washing will result in additional charges beyond the $75 fee, invoiced separately.

Cleaning Notice:

The cleaning fee covers standard turnover only. Excessive cleaning, professional remediation, heavily soiled grills, or permanently stained linens requiring replacement may result in additional charges.
