Queen bedroom with easy access and a separate full bathroom with shower — perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs:
Primary suite with a cozy king bed and private en-suite bathroom featuring a relaxing tub.

Mickey-themed bedroom with two full beds & Minion-themed bedroom with a queen daybed / twin trundle, perfect for the kids! These rooms share a separate full mermaid bathroom with a shower.

Whip up family favorites or try something new in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the cooking essentials you need! Enjoy casual bites at the counter with seating for four, or gather around the dining table that seats six for meals and memory-making.

Upstairs, you’ll find an in-house brand new washer & dryer for your convenience, plus extra blankets to keep things comfy and cozy.

Security Notice: For your safety and the security of the property, a camera is located at the front door. It monitors the exterior entry only. There are no indoor cameras.

Pool Size: 7.5ft x 14ft (L shape, not including the small step area)
Pool Depth: 3ft on one side and 4ft on the other

Heated Pool Option:
Our private pool can be heated upon request for $35 per night (minimum of two nights) and will be preset to a maximum of 85°F for the duration of your stay. While we do our best to maintain this temperature, we cannot guarantee it during colder months. As an alternative, guests are always welcome to enjoy the clubhouse pools, which feature heated pools and relaxing Jacuzzis.

Pet Supervision & Crate Policy
Pet fee: $125/stay. To help ensure a safe, peaceful, and well-maintained space for all guests, we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended in the home for an extended period of time.

For dogs, we do require that they are crate trained. To prevent barking and avoid any damage to furnishings, dogs should be crated anytime they are briefly left alone (no more than a few hours) and overnight while sleeping.

Barbecue Grill (COMING SOON!)
A propane grill is available for your stay. If you’d like to use it, there is a $75 Grill Cleaning and Setup Fee, which covers professional cleaning and preparing the grill safely for your visit. Please let us know in advance so our team can have it ready for you.
