Great Family Home

We loved our stay- house was perfect for our family of 8 . All the essentials were there so we were able to prepare family meals and play cards on the deck table. Close to Disney and other area attractions.

Wonderful home that is close to everything!

The house was amazingly clean, close to all the things and the neighborhood was a very safe, gated community. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Only complaint wasnt able to use the grill. But wouldnt stop me from useing this place again. It was a wonderful stay for me and my wife, son.

Good location

Nice clean home. Comfortable beds, and nice pool/outdoor space. There was minimal paper supplies and towels and no spices, etc. also, ignition on gas grill doesn’t work and there is no lighter. Luckily Walmart is 5 minutes away to grab whatever items you need. Also, updated check in instructions are needed, but, Carlos got us taken care of in a timely manner.

Everything was clean and organized. Great location, Good bed, good utensils, toys to play at the pool… I had a great experience and I definitely coming back to this house when we go back to Florida.

Perfect Disney Trip House

We booked this house based on its proximity to Disney parks and the Orlando airport! Its about 25-30 mins to each, which makes it perfect length of drive for younger kids. We also loved how the house looked in the ad, and it did not disappoint (pool was amazing). It was exactly as shown, super clean and the propertly manager Carlos was so great to deal with. Fast communication, clear instructions. It also backs onto a beautiful pond you can walk around, and is in a gated community which helps you feel safe. The garage was also empty and accessible which allowed for parking and storing strollers. Walmart is less than 5 mins away, and tons of restuarants etc. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone! Thank you for providing our family with a perfect home.

First Birthday

Our VRBO home was everything Carlos had listed. It was clean and welcoming. Our family truly enjoyed the home and we would stay here again if we go back to Orlando. Thank you Carlos for a great stay.

Best experience with this rental by far!

We had such a great time here and the house was very clean and location was super convenient (less than 2 mins drive from Super Walmart and other stores). Carlos was very accommodating with our requests and went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely come back here again!!

Good overall

It was a nice stay overall with a good comunication with Carlos. We had a great time at the pool, it has a gas grill and a nice view of the lake. Easy access and good neighborhood. It would be better if soap, trash bags and sponge was available. Also the price for the pool heating could be on the listing.

Nice Area and house

We stayed here for almost a week on an Orlando area vacation. The house was great, not too much to complain about. One thing is the selection of pillows, they were not to our liking and there really was nothing else available. Other than that, the house was great and as expected.

Lovely Holiday !

We loved this property! It was just perfect for our family . We stayed for 10 days and it was a great experience. Communication was easy with the owner and check in was seamless. I did wish the cleaners did a better job before we arrived . I am particular about cleanliness and it was not up to my personal standards. However, This can be a quick fix by having a deep clean done on the home. Otherwise it was a perfect place to stay. I would stay again if we return to Kissimmee:)

Great Location

The villa is in a fantastic location with easy access to the Disney parks which are 20 minutes away. The property is well equipped and quite modern. I was disappointed with the cleaning standards, the bedroom carpets are dirty and the villa is requires general cleaning and repainting. The leather sofas were dirty as was the outside furniture. It’s a shame that the property is not maintained to a high standard.

Spring Break vacation

House and location nice and clean. Communication could be better, heated pool is available at an extra cost, I send message in am that I wanted heated pool didn’t get reply back til night (by that time it’s was not worth paying fee to have heated pool for a few hours). Bed bugs found !! My husband had been itching for days so we decided to look into the bed sheets. We found and took pictures of bed bugs, called owner about situation.
