Great home in great location

Very comfortable, clean, livable home. The pool was large and lovely.The location is fantastic. Very close to shopping and Disney. The beds were firm—we like firm. AC worked perfectly. I would recommend this home to everyone.One negative: the jets on the spa did not work. However, the owner was very responsive and refunded what we paid for pool heat.

Great Value & close to Disney

We stayed for a couple nights before our Disney Resort Stay. We wished we could have stayed here the whole time. So much space! We loved the large bath tub and private hot tub & pool. There is a beautiful park in walking distance. We were happy to be given a late checkout. Only thing to note was I found the beds too hard for my liking.

The neighborhood, the pool, and sunshine were all great just wish the place had been cleaner. Overall it was a great 6 days of family time

Beautiful

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There are definitely updates that need to be done. The sink sprayer stuck, dryer wasn't working well, and only one burner on the stove lit up. We did enjoy the location and the pool. Plenty of room. There was no extra toilet paper or trash bags but we just went to the dollar store and got some. We had to pick up a couple extra towels also. But overall we would definitely go there again. We had a great time.

Filthy house. Pool not usable.

Floors Sticky. Hair all over bathrooms. Poolwater too hot to swim in. Mattress covers and pillows were discusting. They also require you to strip the beds down before you leave. They are very unprofessional. You can tell the owners are cheap.

Unclean rooms with loud washer and old appliances

The room floors and linens were not clean, the washer makes such loud noise, the dryer did. It work, the vrbo detail on Wi-Fi was not correct , the pool hot tub was so slow

Just okay

My family stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults 3 children 10 and under. The kids loved the pool but be prepared to bring/purchase a lot of other essentials, especially for cooking/kitchen. (Salt, blk pepper, tin foil, etc.) Also, we were only provided a "start up" of essentials, such a toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. This was not advertised on the VRBO listing but this is explained on the check in /check out list, which I felt was pretty deceiving. We stayed for 4 nights and we're given 1 roll of paper towels and 4 teeny rolls of toilet paper.. Lastly, when we had trouble with their television on the first day (tv wasn't turning on- needed new batteries) Ralph came out and "fixed it". The day after, we had trouble with same TV. Apparently, he had put in used batteries initially on that first day and just asked if I can go find some working batteries throughout the house. (Who does this?) Overall, I felt the effort to make this place an enjoyable part of the vacation was lacking. If you and your family plan to just use this home for sleep, it would be doable. But if like mine, you actually stayed on site, you might be better off with a property management company that actually cares.

Excelente y cómodo

Fuimos 7 personas y nos acomodamos bien .. la casa es grande. El comedor muy bien. La cocina tiene todo para cocinar y estar cómodos. Muy cerca de los parques de Disney y muy fácil llegar a algunos outlets y centros comerciales. Excelente ubicación.

Family getaway

The house was very spacious, the pool and game room where a total hit with the kids! and the check in process was extremely easy. It had all things you would need and the few questions I had during the booking process where answered quickly which I appreciated. We did find two roaches in the game room but now big deal, the rest of the house was very clean. It does need a little TLC specially in the master bath and the bath between the two bedrooms, but nothing major. Internet connection and TV where not great but with everything else there is to do around the area and with the game room and pool it wasn't really something that affected us too much. We loved our stay and made some amazing family memories! It was a great stay and I do recommend this house

Very much enjoyed staying at the house. Very close to Disney Parks, and shopping. The only downside was we could not get the all the TV’s working, but the manager came right over and did his best he was able to get a few of them working. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property and hope to come stay on our next trip.

Maintenance and Housekeeping issues. Misleading details

We stayed for a tournament my child participated in. Good location and safe with plenty of space. However, maintenance issues! The closet door was off the tracks, the sliding door was difficult to open and close, the other pool door we had to slam because it would shut properly. There was little to no hot water the entire stay. We called about the hot tub and we're told it is not really supposed to get warm. İt is the same temp as the pool. I asked why there were 2 separate fees and wasn't given an answer. Housekeeping needed attention as well! We found a previous renters clothing. Food was stuck to dishes. Dead bugs were in the cabinets. I tried to privately message the owner and still several weeks later, no response. Could be great, but just ok.

Disappointed but whatever

Specifically chose this home for the hot tub feature. Didn’t work. They need to hire new cleaners. Dirty clothes in the bedroom drawers (which I left), a lot of trash behind furniture (also left it there), broken closet door that almost fell ontop of my sleeping 6mo old, which they charged us for???? Completely soaked bathroom mats as soon as we entered the home. And NO internet access our entire stay. I tried all weekend to get them to fix it and nothing. There was no signal whatsoever, nobody could receive or make any calls, couldn’t play any music, couldn’t look up any food places literally has to step outside into the driveway to make a phone call because the house phone didn’t work either. That part was very frustrating for everyone. I did however appreciate the man that came over to board up the window & he also atleast tried to help fix the internet problem. He was very helpful polite & even gave us some suggestions of places to go! So thank you to him! Over all it’s a 3 for me and 1 of my stars is for the maintenance guy.

Perfect spot for our family

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of five. Had everything we needed. Our trip was busy with a volleyball tournament, beach time, and a day at Universal. The house was a good location for everything. And it was wonderful having a home to start the day with breakfast and come home to for a night swim and relaxation. Only issue we had was with the DVD player not working on the main tv and TVs in two of the bedrooms not working. We contacted the property manager and he said the owners were working on the issue. But wasn’t much of a problem because we were so busy. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing fit for a family of 7!

This was a great get away for our family. Wonderful location, didn’t see any neighbors during our stay. Had an incredible family time in the pool area and the teenagers had fun with the ping-pong table. Ralph was a big help with turning off the sprinkler system late at night. A Disney Dream Vacation

Location was great. Close to Disney Parks. Furnishing could use a little updating. Would have been nice to have an ice maker in the refrigerator. Hard to load car this morning with sprinkler systems on. May want to change sprinkler timing. Need new bed pillows. Sprayer on sink cracked and won’t turn off. Enjoyed the pool but wasn’t sure if water in whirlpool part of pool should have been heated. All in all had a great experience. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Family of 6 on vacation

Overall our stay was enjoyable . Though the cleanliness of the house was poor, options for kitchen supplies was adequate. The pool and hottub was clean, though the patio portion had many ant hills so it was very sandy on the bottom of our feet and with lack of door mats the sand traveled through the house easily. The broom at the house was not good quality which made cleaning up after ourselves difficult. Bedding was clean and bathrooms were acceptable.

Very well kept, clean, near everything we needed. When I contacted the manager he responded in a timely manner and even came to the property when needed. Would recommend this property to everyone.
