Cette maison de 4 chambres a tout ce que vous et votre famille pourriez imaginer pour une visite mémorable et magique en Floride.

Notre cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée avec tout l'équipement dont une grande famille aurait besoin avec une barre de petit déjeuner pouvant accueillir 3 personnes.
La salle à manger a une grande table et six chaises.
Le salon dispose de deux canapés confortables, d'un fauteuil et d'une télévision à écran plat.
La table basse a même des chaises pour les plus petits.
Notre chambre principale a un lit king size, une salle de bain avec accès à la piscine.
Il y a aussi une autre chambre avec un lit King size, une chambre avec un lit superposé (twin et pleine taille) et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux.
Toutes les chambres ont des téléviseurs
8/9 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement ici ..
Nous avons également un pack & play et une chaise haute pour le petit.

Nous avons une salle de jeux dans le garage avec une table de billard et air hockey.

La piscine orientée sud / ouest est un bel endroit pour revenir tous les jours.
Surplombant les zones boisées, un plongeon dans la piscine étincelante est exactement ce dont vous avez besoin après une longue journée dans les parcs!
Il y a aussi une véranda couverte, pour vous donner de l'ombre du chaud soleil de Floride.

Property could use updating

Location was great. Secure gated community. Easy check-in and access. Pool area nice and worked as expected. Appliances work great but are noisy. Both pool and house were somewhat dirty apon arrival.

Perfect spot!

Big enough for our family of 7, everyone enjoyed it and was close to everything! (Walmart being 5 min drive away) So easy to get in n out of community! Lynn made everything easy, directions and instructions were on point.

We celebrated my son’s upcoming 16th birthday Disney style and this was the perfect place to stay! We had everything we needed and were close to all of the parks. Plenty of space and the pool was a huge plus!

Family Trip

Our family was in town for our daughter’s national volleyball tournament. The house was perfect. We took our oldest to the tournament, while my younger two and in-laws enjoyed the private pool!

Best VRBO stay

Upon arrival the house was clean and cozy. They had two binders about all the information about the house and local sites. Detailed notes throughout the house that made our stay easier. The water pressure was amazing and the master bathroom had an awesome shower. The pool was well maintained plus they had an outdoor shower w/hot water. My family and I absolutely loved our stay.

Family Disney Vacay!

The home was nicely decorated, very roomy and a great floor plan. Bedrooms are spread apart which is ideal for early risers or night owls. Everyone loved the pool and spa. Overall I highly recommend not only this property but the owner was incredible as well. Thank you for helping make this a family experience we won’t soon forget!

The house was beautiful.. the pool and hot tub are amazing.. the host and property management were easy to work with and talk to.. only issue was the pesky raccoons.. but we’re very quickly removed .. I was extremely happy

Winter Getaway

We spent 38 nights at this property and overall we were fine with it. My only criticisms would be the house and some of the furniture are showing signs of being “tired” and could use a refresh. Thanks Lynn!!

Lovely Stay near Disney

Pros: Easy check in, location perfect for Disney (20 minute drive), Walmart right around the corner, plus lots of other stores and restaurants, clean house, clean semi-private pool with trees in back and farther than average from neighbors, and communication with host easy and prompt! We had a very minor pool issue, and I left a message with host in the evening, thinking I'd hear from her the next day. To my surprise and delight, Lynn called back right away, and the issue was taken care of the next day. Kitchen well-stocked and had (nearly) everything we needed. We never had a problem getting through the gate, the attendant simply scanned the QR code we were given. Our daughter and her friend easily used Uber a few times, and there was never a problem for Uber to enter the neighborhood. The clubhouse and pool were very nice. Cons: Very few and minor!! The pillows in master bedroom could use replacing. They were pretty flat and lumpy. We thought about purchasing pillows at Walmart, but just borrowed pillows from a room we weren't using. There were only 2 juice glasses and only 3 various sized wine glasses, and no 2 quart pitcher (we used a large vase to make lemonade-- it worked!). Bedroom carpets felt a bit old and dingy. Probably best to remove them altogether, as a lot of hotels do now (just our opinion!). Overall a very nice stay! We would recommend the house, and would stay there again. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Home away from home

First time staying at this property while we visited the Disney parks. This house is a convenient and easy drive to all the Disney parks as well as located near shopping plazas to get essentials (Walmart, Publix, etc.) Lynn was easy to reach via email if we had questions and she replied quickly to any questions we had. We opted for the heat for the pool and spa which was essential during our stay and we enjoyed the pool and spa almost daily. We stayed the whole week of Thanksgiving week, and this house was big enough for our family and spacious enough that everyone had their own space. We celebrated Thanksgiving dinner (pre ordered from Publix market) and was able to use the dishes, pans and cutlery available in the house. We would definitely consider this house again for our next stay if we visit the area.

Just Okay

We were not impressed at all with this property, we have stayed at a lot of VBRO’s, some great, some good, and some just okay. This location was very dated, carpet was not as clean as it should have been, cracked tile on the floor, pool area needed to be power washed, and none of the little extras so many of the VRBO owners do. I am not giving this location a bad review it is just not a location we will ever return to.

I’m really not sure how to rate this villa

Let me start with the Pros: Excellent location Beds were the comfiest we’ve ever had Sofas were very comfortable Tons of kitchen equipment, towels etc. everything we needed Villa was clean enough TVs in every room Everything was in working order Villa was definitely large enough for 4 adults and 2 kids Pool and spa were great. Kids loved it. We had some issues but Lynn (management company) was brilliant Cons We were given the wrong entry codes for the Villa so took a while to deal with late at night There are several areas where the floor tiles are cracked almost the width of the Villa. Not great. The pool heat we paid for wasn’t working so we had to wait a couple of days for a replacement heater The pads on the loungers were badly stained and the pool area was grubby. Lynn sorted this out quickly. The smoke detector outside the kids bedroom malfunctioned at 2am. The next day we were given instructions on how to remove it from the ceiling and the battery was replaced the day after. Conclusion I suppose the short version is that the Villa is definitely in need of some love and attention but is very comfortable nonetheless and we felt very relaxed staying there. Yes we did have some issues but Lynn dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. This is definitely the best management company we have dealt with. I would stay there again but my husband is on the fence about this. The rest of the family loved it though.

Great home away from home

We loved our time there last week. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time in the pool and playing ping pong and pool in the garage. The community was lovely. We felt completely at home there. Thank you, Lynn, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Lovely villa

Villa was lovely, ideal location for us. Everything we needed was there, the only thing I would say was lots of bugs in pool and we had one cockroach in the bathroom.. other than that was great.

Definitely would stay again!

Everything from the time my family and I walked into the house everything was clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the things you needed to cook with. This was a home away from home. The communication with Lynn, was spot on. Her response was always on a timely manner. We made sure we left the house as clean as we got it. Thank for accommodating us at your beautiful house.

One of my favorite rentals

This home was perfect for my whole family. The pool was a great size and my kids loved the pool toys that were supplied. It was really nice that they had very large pool/beach towels we could use too. The game room was fun as well. We loved sitting out by the pool under the fan just relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and dishes to make meals for my family of seven. The whole property was just beautiful. We liked that this home was in a gated neighborhood and entry and exit was super easy. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you so much Lynn for answering my questions and concerns fast. We would stay here again!
