The house remains a beach walker's Heaven. Montecito Union District, steps to shops at Montecito Lower Village and Butterfly Beach, with exceptional lifetime collection of art and furnishings, spinet piano, jacuzzi, extremely private, no maintenance, rear garden themed as a tropical garden, and a "gym" with rower, stationary bike, pilates wheel in the carpeted garage. All appliances and abundant cooking equipment, lovely dishes and table linens. Two outdoor uncovered parking in-driveway spaces. Gated (electronically), security cameras, (Google Nest system), perfect for a relaxed family holiday or sophisticted entertaining.

1. The jacuzzi equipment does not like sand. Therefore, please hose yourself and kids off first, after your wonderful day at the beach.

2. Please, of course, respect the neighbors' quiet time (10:00 pm to 8:00 am), as I know you will.

3. Please be mindful of young children on the stairs in the sunken living room and those who might venture into the creek area in the backyard.

Great Montecito Condo!

We had a lovely stay. Great location, easy freeway access, walk to dinner/ Coast Village Road. Owner was wonderful to work with.

Lovely place

We came as a bachelorette party of six and enjoyed our stay! The condo is well equipped and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Very close to the beach and shopping in Montecito, and a close drive to Santa Barbara pier & State St. We’d love to come back!

Wonderful weekend escape

A wonderful place for a Santa Barbara weekend. Condo was amazing, very comfortable and well provisioned. Small backyard but lovely. Felt private even with nearby neighbors. Host was incredibly responsive. Felt very taken care of. Only two things to be aware of. Driveway is short but very steep so we couldn’t park two cars in as we had to go in at an angle so my minivan wouldn’t bottom out. But we were able to find nearby street parking with no trouble. Train crossing is very close so there is train noise, but no trains between about 10 pm and 7 am, so wasn’t a big problem for us. I would definitely stay again. Especially wonderful was the location. Walking distance to Butterfly Beach and walking distance into the small town of Montecito. Wonderful brunch there!

Superb location, comfortable accommodations, plenty of amenities, gracious host!

It was wonderful to have the three bedrooms and two big bathrooms upstairs with an extra powder room downstairs. Always handy with a group. Tons of paper products and a lot of extra amenities. Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, nice dining room, lovely garden with an absolutely spectacular hot tub, and it was nice to have the small workout area in the garage. It is next to the train tracks, but we did not find it to be a problem during our stay. Less than five minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants of Montecito. Robin was an exceptional host, generous and kind and helpful!

Wedding Trip

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and this home offered us the perfect setting with easy access to the Santa Barbara Courthouse and all the amenities of Montecito and the area. Beautiful home with easy walk to the beach and the town. We had a small problem but the owner was quick to respond and resolve our issue. Would highly recommend.

Sisters Get Together

My sisters and I had a very comfortable stay in Montecito. The condo is ideally located within walking distances to the beach and to local shopping and restaurants. Although close to railroad tracks we hardly noticed the trains going by. The property owner Robin was very responsive to questions about parking and access. We are hoping to return for another visit in the future.

Double anniversary trip

House was easy to stay in with 3 couples. Plenty of space and nice hot tub. Robin was helpful and responsive. Worked hard to make sure the place was ready. Only thing, this is not 100% vacation rental. House seems to be lived in as well, just note you will have to work around a few of the owners personal items. Other than that, great place.

perfect location perfect host

we needed a place in montecito that could accommodate five family members so we could attend our son's concerts at Music Academy. Robin's house fit the bill. It was an easy walk to the beach and to the academy and also to downtown montecito. It was beautiful inside and out. When last minute changes to our itinerary caused us to arrive much earlier than expected, Robin didn't hesitate and welcomed us to her beautiful house hours before our planned arrival. I can't stress how ideal the location is. You can walk easily to the beach and the the shops and restaurants of montecito. We hardly used our car when we were there.

Perfect quiet week away

This property is in a great location, minutes by foot to the beach or village, and maybe 10 minutes by car to Santa Barbara. The residence is very nice, comfortable and clean - couldn't ask for a better Vrbo experience!

PERFECT LOCATION

This property is exactly how it is presented and was a wonderful vacation spot with an extremely attentive host. We loved the lush outdoor patio and spent every morning and evening there. The beach is a block away and dining and shopping is two blocks away. We will return!

This place is a Gem!

The host was great to work with and quick to respond! The house is cozy and we felt at home! Kitchen is well stocked and the private hot tub was a bonus. Easy on/off highway and easy walk to the beach. Will note the property is next to Amtrak tracks but it didn’t disrupt our stay one bit. Would definitely stay here if we’re in the area again!

Beautiful condo, amazing location

This is a beautiful, updated condo a very short walk to the beach and downtown montecito. Gorgeous backyard garden! Many lovely amenities such as the hot tub and soaking bathtub. Well appointed and very nice furnishings, such that we had to move a few things to keep them safe from our 11 month old. The condo is near the train tracks but the train runs infrequently from 7a-10p and we barely noticed it! We had most everything we needed and Robin was very responsive to my questions. Overall a wonderful stay and we would be back in a heartbeat. Would highly recommend!
