With a high walking score, this property offers the convenience of walking to shops, parks, restaurants, theaters, and more. The ocean is only a short drive or a long walk down the street. Estimated to have been built in 1887, and one of the few surviving Victorian homes in town, this is a one-of-a-kind property crafted with integrity & style. Guests can enjoy outdoor living with a sun-drenched patio with a jacuzzi, grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. From its elegant wood floors to its high ceilings, crown moldings, picture rails, and double-hung windows, every detail emanates timeless beauty.

Super close to state street and all the restaurants and shopping! Was nice to be able to leave the car and walk! Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here. It was really special to be able to stay in this historic house and walk downtown. Nav and Pradeep were so gracious and wonderful, a joy to connect with. We definitely recommend.

Great Place to Spend Thanksgiving with Family

We had a really nice stay for four nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We really enjoyed all the amenities and being able to easily walk to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. Nav did a good job of communicating with us throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Downtown Victorian Home

We loved the house, the location, and the amenities and hope to book again. The host was very responsive and the house is spacious and well-appointed. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Nav!

Beautiful.

We had a girl friend get-away weekend. The house is very beautiful with attention to detail. It was very clean and comfortable. Communicating with the host was easy. We would visit again. They even had coffee!

Good location but there's a few things...

I would give this house a 3.5 star rating. House is well stocked with all the things you need. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of space for our family. There is plenty of street parking but the street parking is 90 minute parking and permit parking. We had a truck and the carport was snug. The kitchen floor was dirty, there was food on the floors and dirty dishes still in the dishwasher.The bathroom shower handle does not "glide" as stated in the email from the owner. You have to turn it really hard. I had to call the owner to come show me how to turn the shower on because it was so hard and I didn't want to break it. Thankfully the owner called his dad to come show us and he was there promptly. The kitchen window needs some blinds because it looks right into the house next door and the houses are really close to each other.The hot tub is located outside above the carport and it is not private at all. It's open for all the neighbors to see you in there. The location is great. Just a couple of blocks from state street.

Lovely property in a great location

We really enjoyed being able to walk a couple of blocks to State St, with all the great food and shopping options. The property was spacious and clean and the host was very helpful.
