4th of July Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house worked perfect. Each bedroom having its on bathroom was a God-send when you have a lot of people. The location near the Frío River was wonderful. It wasn’t close enough to worry about little ones playing outside unattended, yet close enough for a short walk to the water. The dishwasher was the only thing that gave us trouble due to the door not wanting to stay shut.

Eclipse on the Frio

The Lazy Frio was perfect for 14 adults. The cooks enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and the main room provided plenty of space for visiting or just sitting and reading. Lounging outside, under the canopy of live oaks, was especially nice in the early mornings and evenings. Our birder friends were kept busy. Nicole was great to deal with. And then there's the Frio. What a lovely river. All in all the Lazy Frio was a special place for a special event.
