At home, enjoy easy quiet time in the sunroom or relax around the living room fireplace while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. An additional upstairs living area offers flexible home entertainment and added comfort, including a sectional and another smart TV. The gleaming, stainless steel kitchen comes well-equipped to handle home cooking with ease. Inviting coastal decor helps set the tone for your stay, while everyday essentials - including central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your laundry - provide carefree home convenience. For your entertainment, a cornhole set is provided in the garage and a collection of classic board games can be found in the cabinet in the upstairs living area.

Things to Know
The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Cable service is only available downstairs. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
