Trois étages, 5 cac (1 King, 3 Queen, 1 simple) unité d'extrémité TH à La Grande à Canal Pointe! Balcon, terrasse et patio pour voir les couchers de soleil et la fontaine de l'étang. Terrain pour courir, jouer au frisbee, b-ball et grill. Notre propre héron bleu fréquente notre étang! Intimité de la maison avec des espaces de rassemblement confortables, couchage supplémentaire sur un canapé-lit queen dans un salon semi-privé LL. Belle cuisine en granit bien équipée, mobilier confortable, salle de jeux pour enfants / 2 lits simples. Baignoire de jardin à jets. Situé au sommet du magnifique sentier Junction-Breakwater, à environ 1,5 mile de la plage, 3 vélos adultes disponibles. Marchez jusqu'à 2 piscines communautaires, des cerceaux, 2 clubs avec des installations d'entraînement, pétanque, tennis et jeu de palets. Marchez jusqu'à la brasserie Revelation, un grand point d'eau communautaire. Un demi-mile au début des points de vente de Tanger et des hotspots de Rehobeth Ave, du parc aquatique, des voiturettes, des films, du golf Putput et de Rt. 1 restaurants.

Wonderful home for a family

We had an amazing time in this wonderful house. It is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. The bedrooms are spread, so one does not hear noises. It so easy to go and come back from the beach. The pool is very nice. The host was very communicative which is great. We loved it.

Nice Place

The house was perfect for what we needed, we came as a family to go to the beach. Plenty of space in the living area and seating for eating. The community pool was nice. The hose was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. They even checked on us during our stay to make sure things were going good. It was a great place to stay. When we go again we will certainly look into staying there.

Our Go-to in Rehoboth

We keep coming back because it's hard to find a house that has everything this one has! We made use of all the amenities like the bikes, grill, pool, and beach chairs. If not for the rain all week, we would have had a corn hole tournament :) The place has enough space for a large group to cook, eat, and gather. We love the deck off the kitchen with the pond view! Scott is great at communicating. accommodating.

Wonderful accommodations

This place met all of our needs, and more. The property owner thoughtfully included many extras, including beach chairs, beach toys and bicycles. The location is ideal. We would definitely stay here again, and most definitely recommend it!

Wonderful stay for our family

This home worked great for our family of 7. It is surprisingly large with a great layout and comfortably furnished. Master suite was great and private and very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well stocked. Also lots of great beach stuff stuff in the garage. Kids enjoyed walking to the pool and basketball court. Easy drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Also it is just off the junction and breakwater trail which was great for running and biking. Host was very kind and communicative. We've paid a lot more money for homes closer to the beach but with all the beach stuff we would still have to drive anyway. I would definitely opt to stay here again and have the peaceful neighborhood and access to other amenities. Highly recommend!

Very Clean

Fabulous community, with a wonderful pool for the whole family. Close enough to the beach to bike. The house is spacious and eight of us had plenty of room. Owner Scott is a very good communicator. What a great vacation!

Great home with excellent facilities!

Scott and Diana’s home is a fabulous home to stay in with everything you need while away. It is a short drive to the beach, state parks, and local restaurants and Funland. It has a beautifully cared for pool, playground and access to a wonderful neighborhood to walk in which we enjoyed every day. Their home has plenty of space to make yourself at home, a fully stocked kitchen with amenities (thank you for the coffee!) Scott is extremely responsive, caring, even got us in earlier than we expected which was very much appreciated! We made memories that will be treasured and it was particularly special since I’d vacationed in Rehoboth as a child. The master is gorgeous along with giant bathroom and that tub is just awesome! We hope to visit again and wanted to say thank you for all the special details. This listing was exactly as described and we really appreciated the great washer and dryer and beach gear. Thank you both for everything, we hope to be back again!!!

3rd time's a charm

We keep returning because this place has it all! Great location, close to outlets, bike trails, and the beach. Comes equipped with bikes and beach chairs, and there is access to tennis courts and two pools. Unlike many rentals, this house has all the items you typically have to run out for after arriving...paper products, dish towels, hand towels, and even some spices and condiments. We especially love sitting on the deck and looking at the pond in the morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property, wonderful hosts

This beautiful property has the spa e to accommodate large families. The pool and playground access were terrific for the kids. Access to the bike trails was fantastic. The shower in the garage makes coming home from the beach easy. The deck off the kitchen is fantastic for relaxation at dinner time. We highly recommend this property to families or even to multiple families that choose to vacation together. The host was responsive, polite, and extremely helpful. One of my best interactions with a VRBO host!

A Diamond in the Ruff!

Scott and Diana have a beautiful beach house & property which is nicely situated near the main beach communities and all center area attractions. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and leisure sports accomodate the area. The area also provides lots of hiking trails near the house and through out all the Delaware Parks. Aside from the Rehoboth area, we explored the townships of Lewes, Dewey, Bethany, and also Ocean City ,Md. We enjoyed nature walking, biking,swimming shopping, dining, beach combing, kayaking, surf fishing, and the simple pleasures of just relaxing at the beach house, their pools and beaches. Their property truely is a diamond in the ruff, providing a great country like location that is nicely located away from the tourists for some calm relaxation, yet near all the ammentities that you may want to do on a nice beach vacation week. The house is full of provisions including kitchen accessories, games, and outdoor activity equipment in the garage. Thank you to Scott & Dianne for a relaxing and enjoyable week away. Rain or shine, there is always something to enjoy and we hope to revisit again!! *Make sure to visit "Revelations Microbrewery", a short walk near the beach house & enjoy the beach house sunsets!!!!...

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Grande at Canal Pointe is only 1.5 hours from where we live and work in North Wilmington. The Grande Trent House is also close to the beach, but not so close that you are jammed in on a small property. We wanted space, while still being close to the beach, nightlife, restaurants and fun. We chose this location because it's in the middle of so many fun options.

The main unique benefit of our beach house is space, while still close to everything! 5 private bedrooms and a semi-private queen pull-out in the LL sitting room. This house is also located in a wonderful community with friendly people.
