This property has a fully furnished lockout studio/cabana on the first floor with two additional levels of living space. Conveniently located directly across from the fine white-quartz sand and clear Gulf waters, Sand Castle Tower and Cabana comfortably sleeps six guests and can accommodate up to ten.

Sand Castle's first-floor unit is a lockout studio/cabana. It has a queen-size bed with a sitting area, fully-stocked kitchenette, full bath, SMART TV, Wi-Fi, and a private patio. The cabana comfortably accommodates up to two guests.

The second floor of Sand Castle Tower offers the following: Living room with a queen sofa sleeper and 65-inch SMART TV, bedroom with queen bed and SMART TV, full bath, fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig Coffeemaker (Single-serve & Drip), washer/dryer, a spacious wrap-around balcony with Adirondack chairs, and awesome gulf views from each side.

The third floor offers a spacious loft with a king-size bed, additional living space with a sofa sleeper, full bath, and a balcony with Adirondack chairs and beautiful gulf views.

All beds have Therapedic mattresses with adjustable bases that offers a variety of functions to customize your sleep.

SAND CASTLE TOWER & CABANA HOUSE RULES

1. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.
2. No smoking.
3. Pets are not allowed inside the property or on the grounds.
4. Quiet hours - 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
5. Please respect our home as well as our neighbors. Simply put, we ask that you treat as you would your own.

*If house rules #1, 2, 3, and/or 4 are violated, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit any refund. Also, a violation of house rule #4 will result in the guests being charged $600 for deep cleaning of the property.
