This luxurious 3 story, 3 bed, 4 bath home is approximately 65 steps from the beach. Come enjoy the sugary white sand and emerald green waters at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This stunning 3 story home, part of The Summer Towne Cottages on Front Beach Road, is conveniently located right next to Pier Park. It’s a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to the front of the entrance (Margaritaville). There you will find all the shopping, entertainment and restaurants you will need during your stay - all within walking distance. Take a walk or go fishing on Russell-Fields Pier, just across the street. It’s known as one of two longest piers on the Gulf, walking you out 1500 feet into the dazzling water. Sit down on our third story balcony to listen to the waves and take in the breath taking views of the Gulf. Enjoy your coffee or any meal of the day on any one of our balconies and leave your worries behind. Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, high speed internet, 4 Roku cable TVs, High Efficiency washer/dryer, ironing board, Keurig, linens, beach chairs, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, 2 car carport and more. Unforgettable Trip - Stunning House & Location!

The house is perfect! It’s decorated so lovely, it’s well cared for and it’s very close to all the local attractions, restaurants and just steps from the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. It’s quiet, relaxing and clean. Easy check-in and check-out and the communication with the owner was great. We just had the best time! We’re already talking about when we can come back. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate, this place is a gem!

Home is clean, well appointed and stocked with everything you might need. Virtually brand new charcoal grill and beach chairs are a great touch. We had a great time!

A beautiful home centrally located to the beach, shopping, dining, and all our festival activities at Pier Park. It was great to land at this home after a long day of travel!

Amazing Home and Host!

Cannot say enough good things about the condo or host. The condo is not only beautiful, but the location is perfect in regards to Pier Park, fishing, and beach access. Would definitely recommend!

Another great stay!

This has become our favorite place to stay in PCB. October had perfect 70-80° weather, not a cloud in the sky. It was our second stay and just as clean and accommodating as I remember. We were able to have groceries delivered, because the home is so easy to find! Being walking distance from entertainment and restaurants is an added bonus
 but the beach access directly across the street is unmatched! While the condo areas are packed, we have plenty of room to spread out as a family of 8 on the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Property

We had two families with 3 pre-teens/teenagers and it was exactly like we thought it was going to be. Location is perfect for all the things!! The property is clean and super adorable and the manager is great to work with!

Excellent location - close to beach, food, & shopping

This is a beautifully decorated home within walking distance of the beach, food, and shopping. Everything was well thought out. My favorite place is the top floor balcony off the living room/kitchen area. It is a wonderful place to eat breakfast/drink coffee in the morning. We had a wonderful trip!

We keep coming back!!!

This was our 4th time staying at the Orange Oasis. That should tell ya something right there. This house is clean, beautifully decorated, and a short walk to the beach. I love enjoying my morning coffee on the upper deck porch while watching the waves. You can even see the beach alert flags from up there. This house also has everything to get you started on your stay
.bedding, towels/washcloths, hand soaps, dish soap, plus starters of tp, roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags & pods for the washer. We’ve stayed at houses where we had to bring all of that stuff & it’s a lot to have to pack up & haul. So having it there lessons the load and we appreciate it so much! And the owners are top notch kind of people! They really do care & want you to have the best time. They have a family & have given tons of places to take the kids to have a great time, along with great restaurants to eat at. Cannot say enough great things about this house & the owners!!! It’s why we keep coming back!!!Thank you again for sharing your slice of heaven!!!

even on a busy day it’s still not packed like my last picture which I took on the Pier of my husband & boys getting back from para-sailing.
I took this pic of my hubby/boys getting back from parasailing. It’s in-front of the hotel/resort buildings. Just look at that beach! All those umbrellas. It’s packed! I can taste the sunscreen in this pic. Now look back at the pic of our beach. 😍

Perfect House & Location

We rented the house to go to the Sea Breeze Jazz Festival. It was walking distance to the venue. We loved the house. It was clean, well furnished and equipped. The view from the living are of the beach was a real treat. Kyle and Rhiannon were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property!

Pirate Fest 2022

Our sons and families from Tennessee joined us at the Orange Oasis for the Pirate Festival at Pier Park. The house was perfect for our three generations. It was very convenient to all the activities at Pier Park as well as the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The most impressive part of our experience was the kind attention we received from the owners, Kyle and Rhiannon Lewis.

Perfect location

The Orange Oasis was there perfect location for our group of 6. (Age range 17- 50) The walk to beach was 3 minutes and restaurants at Pier Park a 5 minute walk. The only thing we bought for the beach was a pop up tent due to we had 6 of us and the umbrella provided wouldn’t have been large enough. Beach chairs provided were great. House was clean and in good condition. Very cute beach decor. Description of property is spot on. Thanks so much for sharing your home, it was one of the best places we have stayed while visiting the beach. Owners were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Best Vacation Ever!!!

This house is perfect! Pristine and beautiful. The beds are SO comfortable and the house just feels like home. It has everything you need! The location is exceptional, we walked everywhere. Cross the street to what seems like a private beach, walk less than 5 mins to the entrance of Pier Park. It’s right across the street from Russel-Fields Pier which is so amazing and there are grocery stores and any store you could ask for just mins away. This is the prime location. We truly couldn’t have picked a better house. We LOVE the double “O” and can’t wait to stay there again.

What a Great Week!

From the minute we booked this property until we left everything was awesome. The communication with the owners was great. They checked on us throughout our stay and made us feel like we were important to them. The house was beautifully decorated and so clean. The top floor view was spectacular. I spent many hours sitting on the balcony in the evening and just enjoying the view. The location was wonderful-just a short 5 minute walk to a very uncrowded beach and a short walk to Pier Park which the boys (ages 17-21) who were with us loved. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home and the friendly owners who made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories! We hope to visit again!

Perfect Vacay in PCB

Another vacation in the books. I cannot express how amazing the orange oasis is. It’s seriously the perfect location. Near shopping and some of our favorite restaurants (Diego’s, The Backporch, and Shuckums) but not too far from Pineapple Willy’s and the other side of PCB. Being able start and end the day with walks on the beach is a family favorite every year. The sunsets never disappoint. This year we decided to drive to Cypress Springs to kayak and swim in the natural spring. The water was so clear (and cold). Our time at the OO always goes so quick and it’s so hard to fit everything in. Rhiannon and Kyle are excellent host and do a great job checking in to make sure everything is going great as well as give ideas of new things to try.We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

From the day we arrived to the day we left we had absolutely the best time. The house was gorgeous, clean, and decorated so cute. It was stocked with everything we could need to make lunch and dinner when we decided not to head out. The location was perfect for our family. We spent the mornings and evenings on the beach watching the beautiful sunrise/sunsets. The view from the 3rd floor is sooo good. A few times we caught glimpses of dolphins playing in the ocean from the balcony. It was a quick walk to Pier Park to do some shopping which was a favorite activity for our daughter. All the beach extras (chairs, sand toys, etc) were provided which is an added bonus. Kyle and Rhiannon were great host and gave us plenty of recommendations of local places to try. We will definitely be back to the Orange Oasis!

Orange Oasis was the perfect family vacation house!

Plenty of room for my husband, 2 boys(11 & 8), my mom, and I! This house was just as it’s pictured on their site! Which was huge to us after staying at other beach houses over the years and places not looking like what they did in the site. “OO” was spot on! I absolutely loved the decor through out the house. And the cleaning service they have did a wonderful job as it was spotless! They had a big box in the carport filled with beach toys & boogie boards and great beach chairs for our beach days! (Which = less we had to pack) We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they were our kind of people! Nice, friendly, and truly cared that we had everything we needed for our stay. They honestly thought of everything! Even had extra shower curtain rods in the bathrooms for hanging up your wet bathing suits! There seriously is nothing I can think of that could make it better! It was a very short walk to the beach with the nicest beach access we’ve ever seen or been to. (Great for those beach wagons) The pool was so refreshing after the beach or just when the weather didn’t cooperate for a beach day. We are already talking about our next PCB vacation and booking this same house!!!! Thank you so much Lewis family, for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!!!

Loved the place. Wished there were maybe some more household items needed to clean or replace, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again!! Owners are super flexible, communication was on point, location was perfect and recommendations of restaurants and fun family things to do were superb from the owner. Thank you again for th wonderful memories we shared here together this weekend. You guys rock!!

I was in town for a work trip and the wife and kids tagged along. We had a wonderful time. The house, the amenities and the location were great. We highly recommend the The Orange Oasis.
