This incredible 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo (that can sleep 6) sits on the bluff with absolutely breathtaking uninterrupted views west over the Pacific. You can even enjoy the ocean view from the master bedroom.

Located in the wonderful community of Solana Beach & Tennis Club, you can enjoy the pool, tennis, beach access, or just relax on your deck.

The condo was wonderful and the view was spectacular! The property manager was great to work with and very prompt responding to any questions I had. If ever in the area again, I would definitely try to book this unit.

This property is extraordinary . . , open, airy, lots of light and beach decor. The view of the ocean from the deck is spectacular. We enjoyed many evenings watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. Local restaurants are numerous and within walking distance. They have a variety of great menus and excellent food whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, for us, we would often times opt for happy hour, as opposed to dinner, just so that we could get back to the deck to watch the sun setting.We have stayed at many VRBO‘s over the years, but have never have we encountered a host, more responsive and accommodating. Nancy was always there to answer questions or to respond to any needs with a cheerful attitude. She made our stay the best that it could be!

Fantastic experience!

Gorgeous views, very clean condo, comfortable beds, beautifully kept grounds, tons of amenities. Beautiful, clean beach. The property manager Nancy is great. She went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was stress-free. She was very easy to contact and quick to respond to all questions and concerns during our stay. So much to see and do in the area! We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely stunning!

We were so impressed with this condo. It is the BEST beachfront property we have ever rented. The condo is beautiful, has everything you need, and is super clean. The view is unbelievably gorgeous! You don't tire from the sound of the waves, watching surfers or the spectacular sunsets. We were even lucky to spot a few dolphins in the distance. Check-in/out was very smooth and every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend this one!!

MUST SEE. MUST STAY

From the moment you walk in the door you have reached your destination!!! This home is above what you would dream. Nancy, the property manager goes above and beyond. You can tell she loves what she does and she loves this property. I am so thankful the ownwers are willing to share this home. We will definitely be going back. I never do reviews, however this was such an amazing get away for my family I had to share. You will not be disappointed!!!

PERFECT!

The ocean front condo was PERFECT. We could see the ocean and hear the waves on the patio, in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The sofa on the patio was super comfortable that we spent many hours there enjoying the view. The condo looked brand new- updated kitchen, bathrooms, flooring - the works all remodeled. And very lovely furnishings and decor. Solano Beach is our favorite area to visit now and we hope to come back and stay in the condo again. Many thanks to Nancy, the Property Manager, for meeting us at the condo when we got there to show us the condo and the lovely complex.

Fantastic view, excellent service!

Condo & surrounding property as described, photos accurate. Easy check in & out process, excellent property management. Gorgeous ocean views, convenient beach access. Condo well stocked for beach activities, cooking/grilling & dining in......because why would you dine out with those views! Many thoughtful "extras" discovered, sun hats, sunscreen, toiletries, reusable shopping bags etc. Property's pool okay, very clean, hot tub in an uninspiring location. Grounds well maintained. We love visiting Solana Beach & the surrounding areas, endless natural beauty & accessible activities nearby for all ages. We recommend this listing to others & wouldn't hesitate to book again ourselves :)

We couldn't be happier with our purchase - it's truly a dream come true. Now we can travel to San Diego from our home in Tucson, AZ and restore and relax from our busy schedules. Our daughters are thrilled to have a home away from home when they need a quick get-a-way.

Since we don't live locally we have hired Nancy Marks to assist us in keeping our home in the best shape possible. She has worked with the previous owner for 3 years and is knowledgeable about the condo, the HOA property and the local area. She is committed to treating each guest with the upmost care. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property for its stunning views and perfect location. When not at the beach the heated pool is one of our refuges. Our family loves playing tennis, billiards and ping-pong. And when we really want to relax - it's great to make a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and then watch a movie together.

We sincerely hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Unlike most of the ocean front properties our home has air conditioning in every room. Although, it is not needed during most months of the year, it is a benefit to have it in July and August.

Other features that we enjoy are the easy access to Fletcher Cove, just one block north and the City of Del Mar and Dog Beach immediately to the south.

We've toured the North County area extensively while visiting and we've concluded that Solana Beach is definitely the place to be with proximity to San Diego International Airport, the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Legoland and about an hour north to Disneyland. Not to mention the many other attractions not far away.
