Oceanfront! Vue dégagée - unité de coin - entièrement rénovée

Cette copropriété est située dans une unité au deuxième étage du «Solana Beach and Tennis Club» (l'accès est au niveau du sol avec une intimité et une vue au deuxième étage). Pas d'escalier! La chambre et le salon ont une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Très peu de condos ont une chambre et un coin en bord de mer. Rien de tel que se réveiller pour nager avec les dauphins dans les vagues. Grandes plages de sable blanc et fantastique surf et paddle directement en face de l'unité. C'est l'endroit parfait pour quelqu'un qui veut à la fois le surf et le gazon. Accès direct à la plage depuis le complexe. Situé à cinq minutes de la piste de course Del Mar. Ce complexe de condominiums offre un environnement fermé avec des étapes à la plage. Une piscine commune (chauffée toute l'année), deux grands spas, quatre courts de tennis et un parking couvert (deux espaces réservés).

La copropriété dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un coin repas et d'un salon avec des vues spectaculaires. De plus, la chambre principale offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes et une deuxième chambre avec un lit Queen et un lit Twin. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans les trois chambres. Cette unité a également un grand pont qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de l'unité. Internet haute vitesse, TV LCD HD 60 "dans le salon avec son Bose Surround et enregistreur DVR, câble HDTV. LCD 45" dans la chambre principale. 30 "dans la 2e chambre - Foyer au gaz dans le salon.
Cette unité est idéalement située pour de nombreux restaurants à distance de marche. Et le Cedro’s Centre pour faire du shopping et un marché fermier le week-end.

Également inclus avec le condo: planches de bodyboard, chaises de plage, glacière, parasols, combinaisons humides, pagaies de ping-pong, balles de billard et queues de billard, jeux de société, lit de bébé, tous les ustensiles de cuisine de haute qualité, barbecue à gaz et n'oublions pas pour mentionner la chaise anti-gravité.

Également avoir un lit queen gonflable si nécessaire.

this property was perfect for a family. Great views of the beach all day, quick access to beach, pool, and parking garage. Overall Solano Beach location was perfect for access to all the fun in San Diego. We would highly recommend staying at this property again. Plenty of space for a family of 5.

Great views! Saw dolphins and whales from balcony. Beach is perfect! Would stay here anytime!

Wonderful trip. Place was perfect for a family get together. Easy delivery from multiple locations. Everything was provided for beach toys and play. Recommend this unit to all peoples who want to relax and enjoy family.

PERFECT!

This is our 5th annual stay at this owners properties...need I say more? Unfortunately, not sure if it's in our budget to stay again this close to retirement, however, as all premier waterfront properties are going up in price and value, this one is deserving! Exceptional view, amenities, comfort and access to the beach. Ahhh.....

Solana Fun

This is a very nice condo with a wonderful ocean view in a great location. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Golf is close by and there are several restaurants to choose from. The owner is responsive, patient and kind. We will return and you will be happy with your decision to rent this property!

Brent's place is an amazing getaway to experience all Solana Beach and SoCal has to offer. Magnificent views and lullaby sounds of the Pacific will leave you relaxed and happy to be alive! The condo is immaculate and well appointed with everything you need to have an unforgettable trip. I was so taken I started looking for real estate to make this area my home. Give yourself the gift of Brent's place if you want to see what Solana has to offer!

Amazing property. Location and beach view is spectacular. Brent is extremely responsive and helpful. Property is extremely clean and better equipped with everything you could think of than any other VRBO we’ve ever stayed at (20+). Generous with shower toiletries, paper products, sand toys and beach supplies, towels, batteries, lighter, anything you could need! Lovely beds and furniture. Could use a few plastic cups/blows, plates for little kids but otherwise it was literally perfect.

Fantastic Unobstructed Ocean Views!

This property was everything we wanted and hoped for in a Pacific beach vacation! Magnificent views from this tasteful unit which comfortably fit our family of four (two teenagers). Brent was a kind and accommodating host - responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Complex was quiet and at night we enjoyed the large pool, 2 hot tubs, and game room (pool and ping pong tables). The fact that this unit has a balcony that extends the full length of the unit and a master bedroom that opens to it is a huge plus - tough to find!! Our whole family could hang out on it together which was great! We loved that wetsuits and boogie board were provided as well - a big bonus!

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo

My husband have been vacationing in Del Mar/Solana Beach for 10+ years and this was our 1st week long vacation without our kiddos and this unit was perfect! The unit was very clean and had everything you would need during a visit! The ocean view from the master bedroom was simply awesome..nothing better than waking up to such an amazing view! The unit is very close to both the beach access and the pool/hot tub. Although our kids were not on this trip with us it would be a perfect unit for a family as the kid's room is on the opposite side from the main living space and balcony. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

Excellant- made the holiday just right (be aware - there is no forced heat or ac)

The unit is right on the ocean- and was exactly what was needed for bringing in peace, love and joy for the Christmas season. It was wonderful sitting on the patio furniture watching and hearing the ocean waves, and smelling the clean ocean air. all amenities are there- and we were able to cook our own meals. Covered parking is close by, and minimal stairs from parking. No stairs to or in unit- which was very helpful for my limitations in walking or standing. Beds and bed clothing are very comfortable. Fortunately we brought our own small room heater, only because it was to be given to my daughter who lives locally. but it was immensely helpful to get the living area warm enough. the provided oil heaters did eventually heat up the bedrooms and living area -but slowly

Beautiful Ocean View

The condo has every amenity we could have dreamed of. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very close to secure parking garage with assigned spaces. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be returning again. Wouldn't change a thing.

Great location and apartment layout!

Very disappointed with the following: 1. Ants throughout the unit (sand/sugar ants) 2. No clean towels -- had to wash and dry soiled ones 3. Unwashed dishes in dishwasher from previous visitors 4. Sliding door to deck in Living Room was broken/glass was separated from frame, so it could not be opened at all from Day 1 forward. 5. 1st Bathroom Shower is virtually impossible to use, since it requires entry from the rear, which is blocked by the toilet location. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Thank goodness for the ocean view! Bill & Irene Beck

Stellar time, outstanding condo, remarkable owner.

Our stay was wonderful. The view truly the best. Right outside this unit the tides emerge creating an amazing experience to enjoy. The condo was well equipped. It has a full side front load washer and dryer, and they even have beach supplies. The owners are amazing. Brent is VERY helpful if you have questions or need assistance, and his response time is the speed of light. We are already looking at dates to return. The development is well maintained, even the 127 steps down to the beach are swept. The beach is wonderful, and nice to take a long stroll or brisk walk. The location is also outstanding. It is so close to great restaurants and shops to enjoy, and only about 5 minutes to Del Mar or Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Look no more this is units is perfect for a beach get-a-away.

Nice property, wonderful patio

Owners were very friendly and responsive. Had one issue with a chirping fire detector and the issue was resolved very quickly. As others have mentioned, the unit is situated perfectly with a 180 degree view of the surf. Kitchen had everything we needed - ample sized fridge and many gadgets/utensils for prepping meals, etc. Some renovation noise (drilling & hammering) from the unit below, but it was kept between 9a-4p. The neighborhood is very workable - with a CVS close by and Vons only 5 minutes away. We stayed here with our 2 kids (13 and 10) and they loved it. Great stay!

Solana beach perfection!

We can’t begin to describe the perfect week we had thanks to this lovely rental. The open unobstructed views of the ocean are world class. The designer decor of the condo gives more of a feel of a cozy beach cottage. The accessibility to Cedros Ave with its quaint coffee shops and cafes was well used. Just the perfect stroll away. Long morning walks on the beach and lazy afternoons reading with the ever present sound of the crashing waves, was just what we call a perfect vacation!

True oceanfront beauty!

View, View, View. When we choose a property it most have an incredible view and this unit does. Community it’s in is great. We had the beach to walk to right down the stairs. There is pool table, tennis, ping pong, in other words plenty of activity options. You can walk to everything from coffee, juice bars, restaurants, and snack shop. This particular beach area is not overcrowd like many in San Diego and has minimum kelp. Definitely would stay here again.

I choose this condo because of its prime location. The unit is a corner unit which gives you an extra window on the north side. Really opens up the living room. Also has view from the living room and master bedroom. Also full length porch with glass instead of the old rails.
