Surfsong is one of the most desirable and luxurious complexes on the Solana Beach Bluffs.
Amenities include a secure underground garage with on-site carts to take your luggage or groceries up the elevator to your unit.
Take a dip in the salt- water pool or relax in the hot tub after playing tennis or pickle ball.
One of the courts can be used for not only tennis and pickle ball but also for basketball and corn hole.
There is also a Surfsong clubhouse by the pool that is available for our guests to use.

The condo boasts remarkable views, 2 bedrooms with a King bed in the Primary bedroom and 2 full beds in the guest room.
Overlooking the Pacific Ocean is a nook off the living room that has a full sized murphy bed.
The kitchen is updated with plenty of counter space and all modern appliances.
The living room overlooks the ocean and when you get tired of looking at the Pacific, there is a large screen TV for your entertainment.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
This home is not pet friendly.
Pool is not heated from Nov 1 to Mar 31 with the exception of Thanksgiving Weekend and 2 weeks over the Christmas Holidays.

This home is located in a quiet complex and has shared walls with other units and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology.
