We had a wonderful stay at this property in March! The view was so amazing and the ease for going to the beach was such a blessing with two small kids. The property had lots of amenities and we enjoyed slow mornings and sunsets on the beach! We will definitely hear again if we return!

Close to restaurants (the best Italian we ever had!), shopping and having the beach right in front of us was so relaxing. We walked the beach, enjoyed the pool, and had the time of our lives. The condo was 1st class. Beautifully furnished with top-of-the-line appliances and everything we needed for cooking or grilling - not that we did, but it was there. The condo was very clean and spacious. Going out on the balcony in the early morning with my coffee was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean, relaxing, awesome place to spend your vacation. All 4 of us agreed we would like to book for next year.

Amazing views!

The views in this place are unmatched. Had a very beachy vibe to it. Beds were all comfortable. The neighborhood was great as well, with so many food options close by. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in SD.

I could live on the front patio

We loved our stay, the views of the ocean from the unit (especially the front patio) wee amazing, location was great (close to beach access, group room, pools, etc). Thanks! Can't wait to come back!

November Getaway

The property was very beautiful. We have stayed in Solana Beach many times and love the location. The only negative comment that I could make is that the television was only available thru apps. You had to “stream” it. We aren’t well versed in this area so this would have been a nice thing to know ahead of time. All in all we had a lovely stay!

The staff is wonderful and if there is anything we need help with they respond instantly. This year we were in a new condo at the Del Mar Beach Club and have already reserved it for next year. The condos are all in top shape, clean, and the ones we have rented have up to date, top of the line appliances. We would recommend Stubbs reality and have to any one that is interested in vacationing in beautiful Solana Beach, Calif.

Kitchen appliance took 2 of us to figure out range top and microwave (needed instructions). Hallways outside unit were very dirty. The kitchen is also very big, lots of storage. There were no surprises, the place looks exactly like the pictures. A little disappointment was that the 2 front swimming pools were very cold, the back one and the hot tub were not accessible because of construction. Fortunately the pool and hot tub across the street (same property) were available and HOT.I'm sure we'll rent this place again. That was our 3rd stay in that same location. First times were in the complex to the right, also beautiful, but only one bedroom. This time we needed 2.
