This two-story home is located right between Stratton Mountain Resort (six miles south) and Bromley Mountain Ski Resort (six miles north), making it a great place to spend your days skiing, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, or taking scenic lift rides. The quintessential New England town of Manchester is 11 miles west, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, conveniences, and community events.

Linger outdoors in spring, summer, and fall, where you'll be treated to a striking view across the Vermont countryside. Bring your morning coffee out to the back deck, spend sunny afternoons barbecuing on the gas grill, and cap sparkling evenings with s'mores and stargazing around the firepit.

The interior spans 3,437 square feet, providing plenty of space to relax after a day full of adventure. There's abundant space for your family to gather, including a parlor, a window-lined living room, and a cozy family room adjacent to the kitchen. Prepare meals with ease using stainless steel kitchen appliances and sit down to eat at the breakfast bar or in the formal dining room.

Other special features of the house include a glassed-in sunroom that makes a lovely place to read or play cards, a washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and sunny bedrooms.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
