Maison de luxe, située à 10 minutes de Stratton ou de Manchester, à 5 minutes de Bromley. Vues d'hiver spectaculaires de Bromley Mountain. Grand plan d'étage ouvert avec beaucoup d'espace pour les familles. Salon / salle à manger / cuisine avec plafonds cathédrale / puits de lumière, cheminée et suite principale avec baignoire jacuzzi, le tout au premier étage avec des curseurs menant à la terrasse enveloppante. Mezzanine confortable avec TV / DVD, également avec salle de bain complète, et deux chambres doubles. Deux autres chambres et salle de bain complète avec salle familiale séparée et buanderie au niveau inférieur. Télévision grand écran / DVD, chaîne stéréo. Capacité d'accueil 10 adultes, 12 avec enfants. Cuisine et salles de bains récemment rénovées. Parfait pour les familles.



Ski: House est idéalement situé entre Stratton et les montagnes de Bromley, tout en étant très pratique pour aller faire du shopping ou aller au restaurant à Manchester. Dix minutes à Stratton ou Manchester, cinq minutes à Bromley.

Locations: Nous facturons 20% pour réserver et le reste 30 jours avant la location. Il y a des frais de nettoyage. Pas de minimum de jours. Nos tarifs sont flexibles en fonction du nombre de jours, de la période de l'année et des locations en basse saison.

The house was wonderful, clean, inviting, comfortable. Winter wonderland around it was stunning. Everything in the house worked and the kitchen was well equipped. It is a great place for visiting Stratton/Manchester area.

Perfect Vermont getaway!

We've rented the house for the New Years Eve week. The locations is perfect, minutes away from skiing/snowboarding/shopping. The house is very cozy, clean and it makes you feel like home. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of kitchenware. The road to the house accessible. The owner and caretaker are easy to reach. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation, I'm sure it is as fun in summer as it was for us in winter. Enjoy your vacation at this perfect house!

Great spot

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. House was very nice and comfortable. The basement is finished and the bedrooms down there are very nice. My only caveat is that if you have an allergic to damp basements, then just plan to stay in the rest of the house. My kids stayed in the basement rooms and were happy, but I would have been sensitive to it. Otherwise, it was a great spot. And the owners were very nice.

Thanks for your review Susan. You are welcome to return anytime. We have a working dehumidifier in the lower level to help with high humidity which can happen if a house is closed for a period of time in the summer.

Perfect Ski House!!!

This house was so great!!.. Don was so easy to work with and very prompt returning my emails, etc. He sent the key in the mail along with written instructions one week before our trip. House was great for the kids, who were able to sleep in the basement and have a separate play area. Kitchen was big and well stocked. House was very clean.. Bed Linens and towels were provided. We would definitely come back again. 5 minutes from Bromley Only negative thing was that it was very hard to find at night since the street is so dark. If using GPS, better to use Google Maps.. Waze took us to the wrong house. Also, no TV on the main floor or in Master bedroom(There was a miniTV in Master bedroom but we did not use it.) Overall, its the perfect ski house and comfortable sleeps 12

Amazing stay!

We spent a great Columbus weekend at Riccios' house. We were 4 couples with one baby and a toddler. Our stay was enjoyable for every one of us. The house is in a great location for foliage. Very quiet area, trees around the house were in all beautful fall colors, and the sound of the creek by the house make it a perfect outdoor enjoyment. There is way so much space in the house and everything is very well organized. Eating and sitting area blends together and open space makes the get together even more enjoyable. I love the fact that they don't have a tv in the living room, upstairs sitting area with a tv was perfect for my daughter. There were toys available for her too, so she loved this house, she was so sad to leave. There is a huge balcony with very comfortable lounge chairs, we had a nice evening listening the creek. Fireplace added a very warm touch to our stay, firewoods were available, and everything was easily manageable. We were in love with the kitchen, so detailed organized and clean. We will definetly come back to this house.

Girls weekend getaway

Great place for our girls weekend! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for ten particular women. Great location for shopping and hiking. Donald provided us with everything we needed to know about the property and was so responsive beforehand. We highly recommend!

Wonderful Home!

Perfect setting for our family with little children to ring in the New Year. The house is very comfortable and well appointed with a beautiful fireplace to spend evenings together. The downstairs play area was a great bonus and sledding in the backyard was a hit with our little ones. Easy access to Manchester, Bromley and Stratton. Will be back! Seamless communication with owner, could not be happier!

Beautiful Home in the Woods

The home was awesome, it was fully furnished and very clean. We stayed for 5 days and hade a great time. Very close to Manchester and Ski resorts with lots of hiking trails nearby.

Fantastic family summer stay

We had an amazing stay with our family of four. The house is great, the location very scenic with lots and lots of kid-friendly hikes, waterfalls, and lakes for swimming nearby. If you want to get some work done -- the internet is great. The deck is very nice. Our kids are begging us to go back!

Comfortable, clean and well equipped!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very close to Skiing and the house was very comfortable with nice furnishings and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway!

My family had a wonderful time at Donald's home! Everything was ready for us upon arrival and we had plenty of room for quiet reading or family games. The house is beautiful and the back deck is amazing! We enjoyed lunches on the deck during the day, and star gazing at night. The only issue we had is that my 80 year old parents were with us and there are some tricky steps from the driveway to the front door. Other than that we had a perfect stay and would definitely come back again!

Outstanding Residence

The house was beautiful, comfortable and exactly as described. The homeowners were courteous and prompt with all correspondence. I would absolutely stay there again when in Vermont!

Wonderful stay at Winhall!

Lovely property, close to the slopes! Everything you could need or want was there, and when we were hit with rain turned ice, someone was soon there to try to help us out! Apart from the weather, everything was great!

family friendly

We just came back from spending MLK weekend at the Riccio house. There were 6 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of room. The house comes fully equiped. It's clean and beautifully decorated. We especially liked the location. You can ski at Bromley or Stratton and shop in Manchester. We plan on renting for a week this summer to hike and try the Bromley Mountain Adventure Park. Great house!!

Fantastic!

Rented the Riccio's house with another family this past Christmas recess and could not have been more pleased. House is fantastically well maintained and plenty of room for the kids! If you're looking for a great house near Bromley/Stratton, you can't go wrong here. We will absolutely be coming back.....thank you!

Beautiful home, great location!

This is a great house! We spent 5 days there with 6 adults and 4 kids. We had room to spare, I think this would be ideal for 3 families, each with 2 kids. The kids took over the basement and had their own TV. The adults relaxed in the quiet upstairs. With no snow the first few days, it was nice to have the space to stretch out. We have always been a Stratton family, but I have to say I LOVED the proximity to restaurants and shopping, the kids had a great day at Bromley, and Stratton was only 15 min away. We also had a fun time exploring the woods and sledding on the property. Appliances are all in great shape, kitchen is beautiful, house was clean and comfortable, Owners are great to deal with. We will definitely rent here again!

Beautiful, perfectly maintained Home!

The house is just beautiful and truly has lots of conveniences we haven’t enjoyed in other homes we have rented. We loved all the separate spaces for the kids and everything was in great shape. You clearly take a lot of pride in your home and we would certainly consider staying there again. Access to ski areas was easy and the information included about local activities and eateries was much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
