I stayed at this property with a group of seven others for our annual college reunion trip, and from start to finish, it did not meet our expectations.One of the main reasons we booked this property over cheaper options was the hot tub. Upon arrival, our group shoveled the entire path to access it, only to discover that the hot tub was completely empty. We immediately contacted the host & THEN we were notified that we wouldnât have the hot tub for the entire trip. This was incredibly poor communication. Had we known this in advance, we would not have booked this property at all, nor would we have spent time shoveling a path to a nonfunctional amenity.Additionally, despite what the host stated, the living room TV did not work for the entire duration of our stay. To make matters worse, we were asked to set up an entirely new cable box ourselves, which is completely unreasonable. Even after doing so, the TV still did not work.The listing also advertises two twin beds, which is false. There are no twin bedsâonly air mattresses which were apparently expected to suffice. This was unacceptable, especially given the cost of the property and the expectation that everyone would have an actual bed. Lastly there were LARGE ants everywhere.Overall, the property failed repeatedly in communication, accuracy of the listing, and basic guest experience. While the house itself is pretty, that is the only positive takeaway. We would not stay here again and would definitely not rec
