À quelques pas de la plage, en face de Whale's Tail sur le Golfe du Mexique !

Thank you so much for the lovely review! We're thrilled your stay was perfect. Thanks for the note about the washcloths — that's easy, helpful feedback, we provide 1 & 1/2 bath towels, hand towels and washcloths per the number of people the unit sleeps. Hope to host you again soon!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear Lakefront 101 was the perfect fit for your family and that your boys enjoyed fishing in the pond. Being just steps from the beach really is a bonus! We’d love to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the unit's location, just a short walk across Scenic 98 to the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches. Thirty years of visiting Seascape is quite a tradition, and we're honored you chose our unit to be part of it. We're glad the kitchen and the beach toys and chairs came in handy during your stay. Thank you for the helpful suggestions, too. We'll request the owner adds/replaces the hangers to each bedroom. We're sorry the no-see-ums were so bothersome this visit. They can be especially active at certain times of year, and we appreciate you letting us know. Screening in the patio would require the owner to seek approval from the HOA Board. We'd love to welcome you back for your next Seascape getaway. Until then, happy travels!

Thank you for being a returning guest and for the honest feedback — it genuinely helps us improve. We're sorry the unit didn't meet the cleanliness standard you experienced last year, especially the counters and balcony turf; that's not the level of detail our cleaning checks should be catching, and we're addressing it with our housekeeping team directly. We'll also pass along your suggestion about adding low-pile rugs to the living room and bedrooms — that's great feedback for improving comfort. We're so glad Seascape still felt like home overall, and we'd love the chance to make your next stay spotless from the start. Thank you for giving us another chance! A couple of notes: I kept it specific (counters, balcony, sweeping) rather than vague, since guests notice when a business clearly read the review versus copy-pasting a generic reply. I didn't over-promise a specific fix timeline, since you may want to control that internally first. Want me to make it shorter, or adjust the tone (more formal / more casual)?

We can't wait to welcome you back!
