BRAND NEW rental on 30A w/Golf Cart overlooking the Resort Pool!

Introducing Poolside Paradise on 30A! This ground-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome in Blue Mountain Beach offers luxurious retreat just steps from the pool and minutes from the Gulf of Mexico's pristine shores. Enjoy resort-style amenities like a pool with fountains, cabanas, outdoor kitchen, and fitness facility. Decorated in crisp white, the house exudes a beach vibe, with upgraded living room furniture for added comfort. As a bonus, a NEW 6-seater golf cart is available to use free of charge during your stay!

The master bedroom boasts a king bed, deluxe walk-in shower, and walk-in closet, while the guest room features a queen bed and ample natural light.

The third bedroom, perfect for kids, offers twin over full bunk beds. Please note, that this room does not have privacy doors it is in a shared space.

The fully equipped kitchen and nearby dining options provide plenty of meal choices. Beach amenities include chairs, a wagon, and toys, plus 5 adult cruisers with 1 child seat for exploring 30A.

You are welcome to use our golf cart, but please be sure to follow local laws, must be a licensed driver, and must wear seat belts, we want to keep you safe! Golf Cart Policy: Just so you know, a $300 refundable security deposit and a copy of your driver's license must be received before your arrival. Also, the golf cart is provided out of courtesy of the owner and if it becomes unavailable/out of service, there will be no refund.

30A has an amazing selection of restaurants in all price categories. However, if you do decide to stay home, the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs and upgraded appliances. Brand new pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. We also have a Keurig coffee maker for you to use.

The Village, conveniently located right outside our gated community has several family-friendly dining options the whole family will love! From Mimmo’s Italian Restaurant, Real and Raw 30A, 30A Coffee Shoppe, 30A Thai Cuisine, and much more!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their amenities once our initial pack is depleted. There is a great grocery store less than 3 miles away (Publix Super Market).

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Airbnb guests have a separate cancellation policy.

*Off-season/snowbird monthly rates available upon request

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed under any circumstances. No more than 7 guests are allowed in the townhome. NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. If guests violate this rule at any time they will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued.

This property does have surveillance cameras at entry points of the home.

Please note: Parking is available for TWO vehicles. No camper, RV, or towing trailer space is available. No street parking. If you have more than TWO vehicles please let us know and we will direct you as to where to park your third vehicle close by.

We loved the proximity to the pool and the golf cart. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The chairs and beach things were a huge plus for us. The master mattress was great!! The golf cart is really important because it's a long walk to the beach.

Beautiful place

We loved staying at Poolside Paradise! It was very convienently located with lots of amenities/food options. The beach was gorgeous and not more than a 5 minture golf cart ride. We had everything we needed during out stay and the accomodations are gorgeous. We will definelty be back!

Great location!

We had such a great stay!! The golf cart was the best part and so convenient with getting to the beach and local restaurants! We could always find parking rather than drive our cars. The pool being just right outside was also so nice with young kids! The place was clean and very accommodating!

Great stay!!!

Our family loved staying at Poolside Paradise! Fully equipped kitchen, golf cart for easy access to local restaurants and the beach, washer/dryer in unit, and the lovely patio overlooking the pool for our morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Communication was outstanding as well!!

Perfect! Would come back!!

Family of 6 - 2 adults and 4 kids. The size of the space was just enough..not too big or small. The location couldn't be better - right outside the neighborhood gates is a coffee shop, ice cream/candy store, Thai restaurant and Italian restaurant. The 6 person low speed vehicle made the whole trip. It was so convenient..we only drove to the Big Chill one night; the rest of the week we drove the LSP...the kids LOVED it! Our host was SO generous to let us check in early and was very responsive to us when anything came up! The pool being right off the back patio couldn't have been more perfect. You will not be disappointed to stay here!

Cozy, clean and comfortable!

Amazing vacation spot!

This place was perfect for a beach trip for our family of five, especially if you want to get away from the more crowded cities. Our kids loved walking right out the back deck to the pool, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach made the whole process more fun! The home is beautiful and clean, and the host is super responsive and helpful.

Great spot!

Our family loved our stay! Location is great and much quieter than the crazy spring breakers in Seaside. A few minutes walk to great coffee shop - Coffee Shoppe at 30A, ice cream & really cute place to get açaí bowls & smoothies RealRaw 30A. Golf cart was nice to have to take beach chairs to beach - easy to get around and many good food choices close by. Loved being able to sit on patio deck and walk right out to pool. Also enjoyed having a gym to workout. Pool area is really nice, but I don’t think it’s heated- was quite chilly but we took a dip anyway. Very clean and everything we needed. Also beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

It Really Is Paradise!

From the moment we booked we knew that we would love Poolside Paradise 30A! The communication from the onset was excellent. Katherine covered everything in detail and sent updates as needed. When we arrived, the townhome looked exactly as pictured. The property was immaculate! This made me very happy and comfortable because I’m a neat freak! The beds were very comfortable too. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals when we wanted to. The porch/patio was so nice also. The golf cart was awesome. All of the property amenities; pool, gym, games etc were in excellent condition and enjoyable. Location was great! Close to everything! Beautiful area. We’ve already booked for next year!

AMAZING!!

What a fabulous week we had at Poolside Paradise on 30A. The accommodations are perfect, comfortable, clean, relaxing, with special touches everywhere. The location was perfect! You can easily ride a bike to the beach, and the golf cart to several restaurants. One of my favorite things about this home is that just a couple steps out the back door you are met with a large beautiful pool to enjoy! My other favorite was the coffee shop, which was within a few minutes' walk from the home. It's yummy and a great place to start your day! On a whim, I decided to get my hair done, cut, and colored. Again, just a few minutes walk, and had one the best experiences at the salon next door to the coffee shop. The host is so accommodating, and responsive, and provides so much detail of all the area attractions and restaurants! I would go back in a heartbeat!!!

Beautiful

Our family had a wonderful stay at the condo. The golf cart was convenient to get to places in the town and the beaches. The pool was right outside the house which was awesome. However, it’s not heated so be prepared for the cold water. Overall, it was a great stay and great property!

Great family trip!

Beautiful condo in quiet community

We absolutely loved this poolside paradise. It is beautiful, clean, updated, and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals for your family. We loved the quiet community and that we were away from the touristy, crowded neighboring city. Our son loved being able to walk right out the back deck to the pool, and the golf cart was so handy to have to take a short ride to the beach. It was a home away from home and the host was super responsive and ensured we had a pleasant stay. We would absolutely book again if come back to the area.
