Welcome to our sunny sanctuary just a shell's throw from the beach and a breezy golf cart ride away! This charming retreat accommodates up to 8 guests with ease and offers parking for two beach buggies, ideal for families or friends seeking seaside bliss.

Step onto the deck and soak in serene pond views, a tranquil backdrop for post-beach relaxation and alfresco feasts with loved ones.

Inside, sunlight dances through generous windows, illuminating a cozy living space where you can unwind with a good read or a beach movie marathon.

With a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king, queen and 2 sets of twin bunks (kids only in bunks please), everyone can recharge for another day of coastal fun.

Furry friends are welcome too! Add them to your reservation and prepare for a tail-wagging good time. With a pet fee of $75 for one and $25 for each additional, your beloved companions can join in the island fun.

Our stay.

House had a great layout, size able bathrooms and master bedroom,living room and dining room. Ample parking for 2 vehicles and golf cart. Owner and his associate were quite responsive and available. Furnishings were decent and beds comfortable. Large gap under front door had to be covered with towel to keep cold out. Would stay again if available- stayed 1 month.

We loved Fripp, the house is great. It’s tucked in the jungle and to have neighbors as close as it does you do feel that you have some privacy. We really enjoyed the home and property , would rent again

The property is perfect for families. Very clean and comfortable! Walking distance to beach and all the cute shops in Fripp.

Great place on Fripp!

We had a great week in Fripp and this house was perfect for me and my husband and our two college-aged sons. We brought our dogs along which made the trip even better. This house was super clean and the host was extremely helpful and responsive when I had a question. The amenity cards were easy to set up. The only thing I would recommend is you ask for their pet rules prior to booking. We got ours right before we were set to travel and they were completely reasonable but I could imagine some pet owners having trouble following them if their dog isn’t crate trained or used to sleeping on their own bed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Fripp to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Pretty good for the price

The house served its purpose. Beautiful view of pond in the back and very spacious. Plenty of room in kitchen/dining area. Had to put towel under front door during day/night because there was a big gap where anything could crawl in and air condition was escaping. Dust was also a concern on the fans as it was flying off, especially in bunk bed room. Two minor things and we easily adjusted, not concerned enough to call someone to come in and disrupt the stay! Owner was very responsive for other questions during our trip!

Great beach house

We did a mini family reunion, and staying in this beach house made it all the better. The host was extremely helpful, and there was great communication. The house and neighborhood itself was good too, overall we loved our vacation here.

Great House with Pretty Views

Great place for a week at the beach! The house was clean and more spacious than I expected. Beautiful pond views including deer and alligators right in the back yard! If traveling with more than 2 cars, parking may be a problem but otherwise the house is equipped with all you need. Very responsive management as well!

Great place

Very nice, quiet location. Comfortable house with everything needed and then some. Wildlife abounds, deer, birds... Fripp Island is a pleasant place to spend time. Would definitely come again and stay here, as well.

Perfect Weekend-wishing for a week!

Perfect weekend away! We booked a week ahead of time, packed up the basics and headed down! The house was spotless, plenty of clean towels and extra blankets! The kitchen had plenty of gadgets and pots and pans. The porch was clean, I was even able to enjoy the morning. We didn’t have a lot of time to stay and really use the full island but it’s a wonderful place! Clean and lots of wildlife! We had four alligators in the lagoon behind the house, the neighbors had told us when we arrived about the deer and all the critters of the island! We rented a golf cart off the island and it’s the perfect way to get around! Buy the aminity cards(from the owner) and go eat dinner at least once! The staff is wonderful! Check in and any questions we had was a breeze and taken care of very quickly!! We will be back, hopefully longer next time!!
