Une maison joliment rénovée avec 3 chambres à coucher complètes et 3 salles de bain complètes et un quatrième avantage: véranda / salon / chambre à coucher avec portes fenêtres et fenêtres tout autour et un lit gigogne pouvant être utilisé pour dormir ou simplement se prélasser.

Intimité et paix du monde extérieur. La maison est sur une île dans l'île bénéficiant d'une maison de plage surélevée avec deux niveaux.

Une chambre king avec salle de bain complète. Une chambre queen et une chambre bonus / solarium avec lit gigogne double. À l'étage principal avec une salle de bain complète à l'étage principal avec baignoire jacuzzi.
L'étage a une pleine avec deux jumeaux également w / salle de bain complète.

Grand pont avant à l'entrée et un immense porche arrière entièrement blindé avec une deuxième série de marches menant à l'allée

Nous avons installé une douche extérieure (froide seulement) pour rincer après la piscine ou la plage ou pour rincer les jouets sablonneux.

Il y a un tout nouveau foyer au bois dans le salon pour des nuits agréables.

Il y a une très belle grande piscine extérieure pour notre quartier à seulement deux maisons en bas et un laissez-passer est fourni pour votre utilisation sans frais supplémentaires; La saison des piscines s'étend du 1er avril au 1er novembre.

Il existe également un accès complet à l'île de chasse où vous pouvez monter sur le phare (sans coût supplémentaire, l'escalade est également gratuite pendant les heures normales de bureau.

Il y a de nouveau un quai de pêche au crabe et de pêche à l'arrière du quartier pour notre usage local seulement. La plage est une promenade courte 3/4 mile et des voiturettes de golf peuvent être loués. Appelez à l'avance pour réserver ceux qui sont intéressés.

Il y a un petit dépanneur près de la barrière de sécurité (Mangos) c’est cher, comme on peut s’y attendre. Nous vous recommandons donc de prendre ou d’apporter de la nourriture en chemin. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de la vaisselle et des ustensiles, une jolie gamme complète de petits appareils. Veuillez jeter tous les aliments périssables, mais n'hésitez pas à utiliser ou à laisser des éléments de type condiment à d'autres invités.

Il y a des draps et des serviettes à la maison. S'il est utilisé, veuillez laver et refaire les lits. Vous pouvez également les louer ou apporter les vôtres à votre guise. . Il y a plusieurs vélos sous la maison dans la zone de stockage à utiliser. Veuillez remonter les pneus au besoin. Une pompe est fournie.

Venez et amusez-vous. Notre maison est votre maison. Il y a aussi une cuisine verrouillable et un garde-manger pour les retraites de perte de poids.

Il y a des articles pour bébé dans le placard à l'étage (un sac à dos, une chaise haute) ainsi que des articles pour les personnes âgées ou les personnes handicapées. (fauteuil roulant et marcheur)

I love the space in this home. We love staying on the marsh and love that it has its own community pool. The host was wonderful and very responsive.

Our Beautiful Celebration

We came to Fripps Island as it was close to Parris Island, where my grandson was graduating from boot camp. The home we were in was everything we could have possibly hoped for--spacious, clean, located close to Beaufort where food and shopping was available. We cooked most of our food and the arrangement of the house made it possible for us all to eat together and enjoy family time. We had to head back a day early, and all of us longed to stay that last day.I can honestly say, this was the most perfect rental I have ever had with VRBO; my sister is already looking into booking the home for her daughter's bridal weekend.I cannot thank the host enough for all the effort that clearly went into making this a go-to place to stay.

Awesome!

This property was everything that I expected it to be. We utilized it during Christmas and the stay was great. My mom has mobility issues and most of bedrooms were on the first floor, which was a big plus for us. The overall experience was a good one! I will definitely seek out to rent again!

Diamond in the ruff

Property is ok but could be beautiful and excellent with a few repairs. The front deck is very soft in spots so we used the back deck mostly. The front door lock needs to be replaced as it is hit or miss with unlocking or locking, take at least tens minutes to complete the task. When we arrived and got into the house we were hit with a very muskey moldy smell. The owner told me the house had been closed up for two weeks and they had to repair the AC back in August due to a leak but had not had time to any other work on the house. It took two full days to air out the house, buying amours an air fresheners to be tolerated. There were candles that had been left by the previous guest (I’m guessing) we used them also. The owner Lon was nice and responded quickly to my text just didn’t really offer a solution to the issues, stated that’s why the rate was so reasonable. I get it but wish he had told about the AC issue when I rented the house. I fairness to him he said he was 4 hours away and no other guest had complained so it’s likely he didn’t realize how bad it was. The only other issue would be the driveway, we bought parking passes for four cars and had two golf carts there was not enough room in the driveway for the cats, and the garage was very wet and had a lot of rotten wood.

Great Property, cleaning could be better

This was a great property for the price. The location is great, and the house is fully furnished. The owners are in the process of upgrading, so there are a few things that show their age. Our only issues were cleaning-related. There were obvious stains on a set of sheets, and some bathmats that smelled strongly of urine (dog?). Apart from those issues, our stay was pleasant.

Great stay at our favorite place

10 out of 10! The host was very helpful with all our needs. The house was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Also come with tons of games that the kids enjoyed! The upstairs was a perfect place for all the kids to hang out! We love the Sawgrass community can’t wait for next year’s trip! Only downfall was the Community pool closes on October 1st so keep that in mind when booking!

Great Stay for our Son's Senior Trip

We really enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island and everything with the house was just as described. Lon was great to deal with and we would recommend his place to anybody looking for a great getaway. It was perfectly located for our trips to Charleston and Savannah.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time. House is as advertised and in a perfect location. Had an issue with the A/C one day, let the owner know and he had someone out to fix it just an hour or 2 later. Will definitely stay here again.

You won’t be disappointed!!

Great location. We loved the house. Very relaxing. Quiet. House has games, books and puzzles. Variety of items for all age groups. Loved the screened porch. Kitchen had everything. Host was very accommodating and responded to our questions quickly. Just what we were looking for.

For such an exorbitant cleaning fee, the house was extremely dirty when we arrived. There was old coffee still in the pot, cobwebs in the kitchen, hair on bathroom floors, showers and on some of the pillows. Rather disappointing for a cool house in a great location. Other than the uncleanliness which is clearly a cleaner issue, we enjoyed our stay on Fripp.

Love Fripp Island

The property was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the crabbing/fishing dock. Very clean and easy communication with the owner. Wonderful restaurants within 30 minutes. We had an awesome stay and will be coming back!

Bargain!

Been visiting Fripp since 1980. This trip was chaperoning a group of young college men. The house turned out to be great for our stay. Cold AC, great tv with big couch, stocked kitchen, 3 full baths, king in the master. The outdoor storage room is full of beach equipment. The coffee bar was the biggest surprise with fully stocked Keurig and coffee maker. If you do not need amenity cards, this is a great option for a great value.

Quiet Stay on Beautiful Fripp Island

We had a great time. Owner is very responsive and helpful. The house was just as described. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Bathrooms are updated and modern. We love this area of Fripp. Quiet and tucked away in the woods. We used our bikes to travel the island, but most use golf carts.

Family Beach Vacation

Great beach trip. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. We appreciated having coffee available and plenty of essentials available to last us the week (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc) which many other rentals don’t include! Nicely updated master bathroom with awesome shower. The upstairs was a great space for our kids to hang out with an extra tv and video games. Enjoyed being able to walk to the pool. I would recommend renting a golf cart to enjoy Fripp to the fullest and make getting around the island and different beach access points easier. Beautiful island. Thank you!

I’ve been told I need to leave a review to see what the homeowner said about me I rented this place it was fairly decent fairly clean decent price had a good time at the end is accused of ruining her bench never asked about it just accuse I have all the screenshots of a crazy conversation to back up what I’m stating so pier I am leaving a review again I didn’t ruler bench I was never asked what happened it got wet water only I just accused and disparaged and insulted and I have every screenshot back this up here’s my review just beware mask for the screenshots I’ll gladly provide them kind of scary actually

We had the BEST time staying at this property! We had access to the pool which was AMAZING! We also had a pass to Hunting Island which never disappoints and the house was so comfortable for our family of 8 had plenty of room, several of games for the kids, a fully stocked kitchen, and extremely clean! We rented a golf cart to get to the beach which was beautiful, saw several deer, and even baby turtles hatching! Again AMAZING! Lon the owner was extremely helpful and texted me to see if everything was ok. He is AMAZING to work with! We will definitely rent from him again!

Hi there! My name is Lon and I bought this house sight Unseen to build a vacation home for special needs families. At some point we will move to the island to help with the kids and adults that come to visit but for now we are renting the home till the other phases of the project are complete. We hope you enjoy it. We have tried to make it comfortable and homey while keeping with the natural surroundings which we love. It’s not perfect but it’s a work in progress we would love to hear your thoughts and what we can continue to do to make it better. I think you will be happy as we continue to make upgrades. We are trying to keep it affordable so many people can come enjoy the place we call paradise.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the setting it is located in a quiet neighborhood and brings the natural feeling of rural America while still being at the beach. The location is nice I’m that there are neighbors but it’s still very secluded for almost a year while renovating we had no blinds and there was never a time I felt uncomfortable.
