Great location just 6 miles to Anna Marie Island, Bradenton/Coquina Beach. Approx. 4 miles to Riverwalk, they have a farmers market on Saturdays. 1.2 miles from the IMG Academy. Instead of a condo/apartment where you have deal with clumsy stairs or elevators as well as noisy neighbors above and below you. Enjoy having your own private home located in a quiet community. Great restaurants as well as shopping just around the corner on Cortez. 16 state of the art covered pickleball courts 1 mi away. There's even a bowling alley with-in walking distance.

We love our furry friends, however we do not except pets because of our future guests who may have allergy concerns.
