Face Ă  l'ocĂ©an et entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©, le Hilton Head Beach Villa 24 a tout pour plaire. Vues sur l'ocĂ©an et la piscine. 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complĂštes. Cette maison de ville va dormir 8 avec un roi, une reine, 2 jumeaux et un grand canapĂ©-lit. Villa a 2 salons, cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, buanderie, abri voiture, belle terrasse avec barbecue. Beaucoup de place pour que la famille s'Ă©tende. La meilleure plage de l'Ăźle est juste devant la porte et vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  2 minutes en vĂ©lo de Coligny Plaza et Beach Park pour faire du shopping, manger et se divertir. La rĂ©novation comprenait une nouvelle cuisine, des planchers, de la peinture, des salles de bains, des lits, des meubles, des luminaires, etc.

Les Hilton Head Beach Villas sont situĂ©s en bord de mer dans un complexe de 30 unitĂ©s seulement. Chaque unitĂ© a son propre abri d'auto, donc pas Ă  la recherche d'une place de parking. Le Hilton Head Beach Villa n ° 24 est l’un des meilleurs emplacements du complexe avec une vue magnifique sur la piscine, l’ocĂ©an et la cour.

Regardez vos enfants nager et jouer depuis le balcon. La vaste cour est idéale pour jouer à la pétanque, au badminton, au croquet, au ballon rond, au volleyball, etc.

La cour est ornĂ©e de beaux vieux chĂȘnes, d'azalĂ©es et de lapins. Le patio a un barbecue, une table et des chaises. Profitez de la belle brise, des longues promenades sur la plage, des kilomĂštres et des kilomĂštres de pistes cyclables.

Cet établissement se trouve à distance de marche du Coligny Plaza pour ses boutiques et ses restaurants. Magasinez dans nos grandes boutiques ou points de vente Tanger. La villa est à trois niveaux. Niveau supérieur a deux chambres chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée. DeuxiÚme niveau a cuisine entiÚrement équipée, salon et salle à manger avec un grand balcon donnant sur la piscine et vue sur l'océan.

Le niveau inférieur comprend une salle familiale et une troisiÚme chambre.

Nice Stay

Enjoyed the property. Updated nicely. Loved the glass panels opening up the light across the back . Not much of an ocean view. Overlooked the pool area which was nice to be able cook dinner while the kiddos swam. 5 of us spaced out nicely. Busy part of the island in June. 2 sliding doors needed repairs. Rented bikes from Wheelz which were great. Biked to breakfast and dinner. Thanks for the time away.

Better than expected

Great home! Perfect amount of space for our family of 5 to spread out and have our own space after a long day of fun. Beach access right from property. We loved walking out there at sunrise and sunset. Superior location for all of our HHI adventures. Pool wasnt heated which was a bummer for the kids. It was too cold in March to swim in a non-heated pool. We did find beach chairs toward the end of our stay in garage storage shed but we almost bought /rented some. Glad we didn’t. I wish beach towels were provided- that would be a nice touch. All in all, highly recommend this property!

Great Family Stay

We loved letting our kids stay on the lower level and having kitchen/living area in the middle and adult bedrooms up top. I recommend this vrbo highly because it's on a great part of the beach and a golfcart ride away (free taxi) to several good restaurants and groceries. The new pool was wonderful. I do not necessarily rec for toddlers bc tri level steps, but loved for our kids ages 13 and 9.

I contacted the rental company and they were very responsive. They sent a pest control company and a cleaner within 1 day and never saw anymore bugs. I appreciated the quick response but would’ve appreciated a clean condo upon entering. The furniture next to the kitchen could be better/more comfortable and a bigger tv.

Beautiful villa, AWESOME location

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at villa #24. It was clean upon our arrival. The location was perfect! Just a few steps to the pool, a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza, or head to the beach with access directly on the premises! (No crossing the street with crowds of people!!). If you’re going to rent bikes, Island Bike Rentals has a stand LITERALLY across from the Beach Villas. There’s also a nice big grassy area where my kids would toss the football or bump the volleyball around in the evening. The villa itself is very tastefully decorated. Loved having dinners at the beautiful kitchen table! There’s limited seating in the living room area for my family of 5 (2 chairs and a love seat, but you can easily pull a dining room chair over), but it’s rare we all watch at the same time anyway. Or the kids would watch their own shows on one of the other 3 TV’s! The two master bedrooms each had a TV as well as the sitting room by the 3rd bedroom. All the appliances look newer and run quietly. So nice having a washer and dryer to use! There’s also a charcoal grill out by the patio that we used for burgers and brats one night. The cookware is okay for pasta or scrambled eggs, but beyond that it IS a bit wonky. If we return to Hilton Head, we would undoubtedly stay here again!
