23 Beach Villas est l’une des 30 villas d’un complexe situé sur un terrain de 1 hectare en bord de mer. Expansive 2 acres cour et piscine en bord de mer pour les clients seulement. La villa est directement sur la piscine avec accès du premier étage de la villa. 23 Beach Villas, c’est 1850 pieds carrés de vue sur la mer, au bord de la piscine, sur l’escapade dans la cour. Cette très grande villa ressemble plus à une maison qu’à une villa. En plus de 3 chambres (deux chambres avec lits king size) et 3 salles de bain et une grande cuisine et salle à manger, vous avez 2 espaces de vie séparés (1 chambre en bas à l'extérieur avec lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux et un autre den la cuisine et la salle à manger). Les espaces de vie ainsi que la cuisine, la salle à manger, la terrasse et le balcon offrent une vue imprenable.

Great spot

This is a perfect spot, I love the way the condos surround a pool and you can always see it because of the full glass wall facing it. My youngest son swam for so long out there. The walk to the beach is short. The condo was super clean and easy to check in.

Awesome Beach Access

The condo was very clean but we had a few issues.. baby pool not functioning and dirt/ mold in one of the bathrooms. Went to office since it was across the street and spoke with staff. All issues were handled very quickly and staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was actually been repaired at that time

Nice location, beds too hard

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful! Short walk to the beach, everything is right there and plenty of room. The microwave broke while we were there and they brought one the same day. The only down side was the beds. They were so hard and uncomfortable my back was killing me all week.

Would describe this unit as “average”. It was clean but could use some updating. No ice maker in the fridge. Management did respond quickly to one issue in the bathroom.

Another Great Trip

It is always a great experience we have never had a bad trip. Unit 23 was no exception it worked out perfectly for our trip. We would recommend it to anyone. We love this complex and any unit is always great we will try to rebook unit 23 if possible in the future.

Great location, poor condition of the unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and set up of the unit was great. Outside of that the unit was disgusting. Mold on the walls, filthy floors, dirty linens and old nosey beds making it hard to get a good nights sleep. We were very disappointed.

Big beautiful Villa. Very clean.. Awesome location. Both pools are right out your back door & the beach is a 2 minute walk away. A short 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market, and several excellent restaurants. The only negative is there was NO beach chairs or pot holders.

Awesome Villa

The living room furniture & den furniture were new & not at all what was pictured.. time to update the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed except for pot holders. The location was ideal for my family. The baby pool & big pool were right outside the villa’s back door. The beautiful beach was a 2 minute walk. Jimmy & Michael from Vacation Time rental were very helpful & knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be a return renter.

Great Location, Acceptable Accommodations

The location of this property was outstanding. Perfect view of the pool and out the back door and on the beach in 30 seconds. Really close to shops, restaurants and grocery. Small complex that was quiet. The cons of this property - the couches on the main living level are dilapidated. They need to be replaced. A really good deep clean and some touch-ups would make this location a 5 star rating. The condo must have been closed up for a while as it was musty smelling when we arrived. Once we opened up the sliders, all was better. Something to note that wasn't 100% clear in the description -- this condo is 3 levels. If you have anyone that has an issue with stairs, I do not recommend this unit. When you walk in, the laundry room and one bathroom are in the foyer. Go downstairs for a den and bedroom (this is also the access level for the patio & pool). From the foyer, go up 1 set of stairs for the kitchen and living area. From the kitchen, go up another set of stairs for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Note, the downstairs bedroom & den worked well for having separation of families/generations. This was a plus. The guest that stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms commented that the mattress was extra firm. Not their preference, but maybe okay for others. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed to prepare meals. The picnic table and patio grill (charcoal) were a nice convenience. The deck/patio chair cushions could use a good cleaning (maybe keep them inside or stored when not in use).

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was in a GREAT location. Nice that it is gated, so little traffic. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Loved having super close walk to the beach with small children and just steps from the pool! But this condo definitely needs to be updated. The bed in the lower level room had dead bugs under it and pillows were dirty looking. Upstairs bedrooms were cleaner. LR sofas are worn and Fridge is on its last legs. But great TVs in all the rooms and flooring was new in most of the condo. Overall it was a good place to stay for the week.

Snowbird stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 3 month snowbird stay. One of our favorite things about this unit is the south facing private balcony. It filled the kitchen and living area with lots of sunlight on the winter afternoons.The unit does require a bit of TLC. The bathrooms were dated (lots of brown/tan tiles), the tub had the hot and cold water lines reversed, The dressers in the top two bedrooms had draws that did not open. These things are not showstoppers. We would recommend this unit to our friends (and we might even stay there next year). The unit has problems but they are minor.The location was great, and Coligny Plaza was a 10 minute walk from this unit.

Making Memories with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just right! We have been coming to VTHHI-use to be Adventure Inn for over 20 years and stayed with different properties with them. Now that my family has expanded we moved to Beach Villa and love the location. My grandchildren love the pool and ocean close by plus the rabbits that run @ and soft grass to play on. You could not ask for a more professional and courteous staff plus have meet some nice neighbors that we have seen now over the years. And again the location is close to Coligny and Harbor Town. We will be back!

Great location that needs some updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous complex with direct access to the beach but this unit needs some updating. The mattress seemed new but it was uncomfortable. The place was reasonably clean but we were rushed out by the cleaning staff well before the 11am departure time when they showed up around 9:30/9:45am. Overall we love this complex and with this unit you get a clean and adequate facility. I just wish that certain guests would respect others enjoying the pool by taking their diapered babies to swim in the lovely kiddie pool available specifically for them.

Reviewer Comments: I have used Vacation Time of Hilton Head for more than 25 years and have never been disappointed until this year.I booked my vacation wrong, coming in on a Sunday rather than a Sunday.When I arrived, they flatly told me I booked it wrong and never offered to help me find other place to stay. They basically said "sorry" and pushed me out of the line to help the next person.They never got on their computer to see if anything else was available for one night.

Wonderful mini vacation at Beach Villas with family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time and this year no major storms for this Labor Day Holiday. Always friendly professional staff at VTHHI with good suggestions of where to eat and shop locally. We really like staying at Beach Villa and this year was in much better condition and only suggestion would be to do away with the carpet. All was in working order and no complaints. Plan to be back next year and yes would recommend to others.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was close to everything. Steps from the beach. Within walking distance to Coligny. We had an issue with the AC but it was fixed the same day. The only problem was, we had a Condo Association board member come up to us and say “you’re not in Myrtle Beach, you need to take your towels off the balcony or you will be fined”. He was a little harsh, could have asked nicely. We may not stay in this complex again, but definitely this area.

We've been staying with this company at their different properties for over 20 years and will be back. NOTE: Carpet could be removed and spruced up a bit but we like staying at Beach Villa as we have met such nice people there and love the location.

mixed feelings

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this villa for the last few years. We keep coming back because the price for the location is unbeatable. However... this was not a great year. Unit appeared cleaned, vacuumed, fresh linens when we arrived. Downstairs closet smelled like urine. Washing machine overflowed, saturated carpets in downstairs area. After that, the whole downstairs smelled bad for the rest of our stay. Toilet handle broke. Rental company was responsive, sent maintenance people, water abatement company quickly. Took a couple of days for the owner to decide to replace washer. Laundry room floor leaked a bit (where pipe comes out of floor) during very heavy rain. Beds and sofas, and wicker chairs from upstairs bedrooms, are pretty old and uncomfortable. Only six dining chairs available - we borrowed wicker chairs from the upstairs bedroom so we could all sit at meals. Overall location great, rental company responsive, but the unit wasn't in great shape.
