Both guest bedrooms also have king beds. One guest room features a private balcony over looking the ocean, as well as a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The third guest room has a flat screen TV, desk area, ocean views and has access to a hall bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
