Welcome to Cedar Haven, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Stay in one of the most picturesque towns in the heart of Door County, Wisconsin. Ephraim is nestled along the scenic shores that overlook Eagle Bay and is one of the most sought-after locations to stay on the Peninsula. This two-bedroom, one bath condo is footsteps from the majestic shoreline. You have access to the beautiful garden, gazebo, and Weber grills to enjoy your stay. Since the unit is on the second floor, you can overlook the beautiful garden from your own private balcony.

This perfectly located condo is just a block from the waterfront where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets and stunning views. We are a short walk to restaurants, coffee and wine shops, the famous Wilson’s Ice Cream Parlor, and so much more. It’s our wonderful happy place and we hope you love your stay!

If you are looking for a nearby location to stay with another family or more guests, we have “Ephraim’s Pearl" (sleeps 4, in same building).

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Great location for a small family

This property was in the perfect location for our weekend stay in Door County. The check in process was very easy and the property was clean. Given what we paid I hoped we would have a few less responsibilities at check out and a slightly upgraded absorbency level when it comes to toilet paper ☺️, but overall a good experience.

Great location in the heart of Ephraim

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at the beautiful condo in the heart of Ephraim. The location is perfect. You can walk to Wilson’s, to the shops and to the beach. The condo was clean and the host very responsive. We would definitely come back.

Fall getaway

Our accommodations were perfect for our action packed weekend. We didn’t need a lot and were close to everything. Only draw back was the remote for the main tv didn’t work.

Great location in Ephraim

Perfect location to enjoy the town of Ephraim. Great Air Conditioning which was much needed. Parking situation was great. The only issue was not having ice available. No ice maker or ice trays in the refrigerator.

Great Location in Ephram

Quaint condo located a block from the bay in Ephram, perfect for morning walks and great spot for watching the sunset. Unit offered all we needed for a long weekend in Door County. In quiet multi unit building with off street parking.

Property was very clean and as described. Excellent location. TV in living room not working. Owners responsive and compensated, as couldn't be repaired in time frame of our stay.

Nice, functional lodging

Overall the property met our needs. Location was great and easy to find. We went in the fall so we didn’t utilize the outdoor amenities but they looked nice. The only suggestion I would make would be to tweak the communication about the rules related to the property. While I understand the need to establish clear communication it came across as not very welcoming.

Mattresses need to be replaced. Both sink and are too soft ! Uncomfortable ! Clean but costly ! Quite a list of things expected of guests at end of stay.

Good spot in the heart of Ephraim

This was a great location and a very nice, clean little condo with charming decor and everything you need in a kitchen. We were able to walk everywhere easily and really enjoyed our time there. Three things to mention: 1) our security code stopped working after the first day so we had to call for help but that was quickly rectified. 2) it was a bit tricky to find as the VRBO listing calls the complex something different than what is on the actual sign outside the building and 3) the instructions noted to put dirty laundry next to the washing machine and there is not one in this unit.
